Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow

I was recommended this Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow by a friend who resides in lucknow. The best part about the location is the metro station right next door. Apart from that, it's a auto/taxi ride to almost everywhere in town. Also hardly any eating places around so again have to rely on some transport to eat in a decent place, unless one can afford the very expensive menu at the Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow restaurant, branche. The breakfast is amazing and has a huge spread appealing to all tastes and preferences. The staff is helpful but a bit slow in service. We had a good time chatting with the head chef mr subhajit who took extra care of our orders. The rooms in the premium wing are quite nice and modern, having all necessary amenities. The housekeeping could be a bit more proactive, i feel, as everyday we had to call them to remind them of replenishments of the tea/coffee basket as well as ask for fresh towels everyday in-spite them taking the used ones away. Not a deal breaker but could be better. The Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow has a good reputation and hosts many corporate events so expect a lot of guests and tour groups. The spa is great with very good and professional staff. Overall a good and satisfactory stay. Would have given 5 star review but for the few niggling service gaps here and there.

Location is very good and now next to the metro station. Food variety and quality at the branch e restaurant for breakfast is superb. Very pleasing experience indeed. Even the staff at the branch e are a happy bunch to see in the morning. Always wiling to serve you better. I was disappointed with the air-conditioning and the housekeeping. These need some solid improvement. I didn't avail of their gym, pool and spa facilities so can't comment. Overall, it's a good place to stay for a business traveler.

Excellent property location, nearest to railway station and posh market. Close proximity to bidhan sabha and secretariat. Authentic food quality with an excellent ability to serve. Moreover all the staff members from front desk to house keeping everyone is very humble and co-operative. Requested for early check-in which was provided without any hassle or unwanted discussion. Their breakfast buffet is class beyond compare among peers and tariff charged. Above average facility and services.

Nice stay, room was with great space, break fast was outstanding, we were driving from noida to lucknow so thought having lunch in Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow using buffet but it was terrible after paying 1200 per pax very limited dishes and taste was also bad. In evening we ordered biryani using in dine and it was a great experience taste, quality and quantity was enough. Service by room, maintenance, reception all was outstanding.

Service needs to be improved big time. Please avoid if you’re looking for a holiday experience with family. The area is too crowded and too noisy. The rooms are quiet. Check in was smooth and we waited for the room to be prepared. But the linen did not appear fresh, which made a wrong impression. Housekeeping changed it on request. The breakfast spread is possibly the only highlight of the stay.

Very polite stuff. Quite accommodating, very well placed especially for those travel-ling by train and wishing to stay in the heart of the city. I stayed there second time and both times travel-led for work. Great value for money. I will for sure consider staying there again. Also would like to mention i am a female who travel-led solo and it’s very safe.

Food provided by the Golden Tulip Hotel Lucknow was full of variety and delicious the staff was polite and service was quick. The room was spacious and cosy. Hotel is well located and comfortable but the rooms need a little more maintenance. They had an offer on liquor but they didn't had any choices to offer which resulted in 4 rating

Room was neat and clean, food was good but portion were big for a single traveler, limited menu but good breakfast buffet, all was ok till checkout, lost my insulated injection bag from my room. Mr. Navneet gm assured me that he will trace and confirm.
