Golden Tulip Essential - West Delhi Hari Nagar

We recently stayed at Golden Tulip Hotel and overall our experience was good. The rooms and stay were comfortable and pleasant. However, we felt that some of the services could be improved to make the guest experience even better.

according to payment like 3500-4k room is too small and no facilities of smart tv smart networks there is local smart tv in which only free dish is applicable.no otts are available so that we can use that from wifi conections plz upgrade ur services so that clients can’t bored during stay very disappointed

Rooms were average but service was good. Staaf was polite too. Washrooms were clean with basic ammenities

Booked by a beloved friend,everything was good.Please extend your dinner timing atleast 11pm for resident customers.

ac was not working and after multiple complaints, still the solution is not satisfactory hotel must charge for only without ac room if you want customer to stay without ac

overall experience is good but a/c is not working properly and no celling fan in the room. staff is nice nice gesture.. food I haven't tried so I can't say about that sorry.

Location was good and the service was prompt too. Only issue was the Old TV Unitas

Cleanliness was a serious issue at Golden Tulip Hotel at West Delhi. Towels were very dirty. Food taste was very poor. The chair cushions, carpets, curtain all were very dirty. Overall it gives a very unhygienic experience

I requested to modify the date and MMT representative positively followed up and hotel management also cooperated. The stay was excellent and I am fully satisfied.

There was a small insect in the kattle, food quality was very bad. The staff were good.

Pathetic services regarding food nd room service

A pleasant stay for work and pleasure purpose at affordable rates ! This hotel is far from the hustle bustle for a pleasant stay, and near enough to experience the city of Delhi !

Golden Tulip is an excellent property...Beauty of the hotel interior,Cleanliness and over all features are awesome...The performance of the staff were soft,polite and highly well mannered....The cuisine is at par or above in terms of quantity and quality keeping genuine standard...

Nice ambiance....proper hygiene...Staff behaviour is very nice ...Good hotel to stay......I find on male my trip...good food ....good service....

The experience at the hotel was not good. My mobile was left charged in the hotel. I am calling but he is not even picking up the phone. You people also should not stay in this hotel.
