location, food, services were good. The Hotel should add hand towel along with bath towel. I had called the hotel at around 2.00pm to keep the room ready and when I reached the hotel at 2.45pm the room was not ready.

Average stay. Good hotel needs much improvement for staff politeness

Staff was impolite specially room dining. Housekeeping was not upto the mark. Need better menu for dining. Breakfast no bakery products for buffet is indeed not a strong menu. Staff is really rude not security bell boy for entry welcome drink.

So the only issue is that there is no smart t.v in the hotel room. Smart t.v is a must these days just like mobile phones. Other than that i would rate it as excellent. The absence of smart t.v drops the rating to average.
