Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore

I selected this Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore for my family. I selected this Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore because i read good reviews about family stays. The location, room, hygiene, food everything was good. But if you ask me about safety, i will say it is not safer at midnight. We have to attend a birthday party at midnight. We came back by 12:30. The scene that i viewed at the lobby entrance was a little bit disturbing. There are lots of people with beer bottles. They were drinking and chit chatting from there. I was with my wife and little daughter. I understand that the bar was closed by 12. And there is no attempt from the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore side to clear the lobby entrance for their guests. They didn't even ask me about my experience while leaving the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore on the next morning. Otherwise the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore and the service is very good. But from my point of view, the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore is not suitable for family.

The rooms are clean & very nice. The hospitality of the staff is also good. The lounge & lobby is also good. The view of the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore surroundings is great too. The Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore is very nearby to many top places in mangalore. There are a couple of issues to address, first is the parking, which is not good. The underground parking looks like a junkyard with lots of rats running & water leakage from overhead pipes. When there is an event or any party like 31st december the party-guests cars are allowed inside, due to which staying-guests cannot park their cars anywhere. Also, sanadige the restaurant's food is very average for vegetarian preference & service is too late. Overall the experience was good except for the above 2 queries, so rating the stay a 3. 8-4 out of 5.

Location - good. Food - good, but too pricey. Breakfast buffet was good but can be better. Hospitality was up to mark. Bell boy service not available. Guests should not have to lug their luggage upto their room. Balconies have turned black due to rain, dust etc. Washing is required as it undermines the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore's reputation. Swimming pool & gym availability will further enhance the viability of your Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore. Please consider this as top priority as these add ons will give your Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore an added edge over other 4 star Goldfinch Hotel Mangalores in the vicinity

The stay was okay, the room temperature for some reason even after setting to lowest at 18 was not very comfortable. The staffs were courteous, so no problem there. Room dine in food was good. However i don't understand the policy of not allowing outside food, what year are we living in with such policy? breakfast spread is decent. Wifi is super bad. Had to connect with my phone throughout my stay. So if you are staying for more than a day, ensure you get this sorted with the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore.

Goldfinch being a landmark Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore located at the heart of the mangalore city, loved the hospitality right from security, reception, room boy, vallet parking team are all top professionals, rooms were clean, breakfast served with multiple items like dosa, poori, omlet, there are many more was very tasty and delicious. City view from 8th floor restaurant is amazing!

The location of the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore is excellent and the reception is great. The property is old though and some wear is visible now. Would benefit with a light renovation. We stayed in the executive suites and the space offered is huge. Sanadige restaurant was excellent as usual. The breakfast was very well made though with a reduced variety.

Room is too small for 3. Although they were ready to provide extra bed, there was no space for that. The room given was one of the twin room and could hear tv sound at 12 in the night. Had to call reception to stop it. Maybe they allot such rooms for booking through these portal. Avoid 502 breakfast spread was good

Closure to railway station and city centre. Staffs are good. Food is good. Hired rental taxi from the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore to visit various temples. The rate i found reasonable.

Two days i stayed along with my grand daughter, she enjoyed. Food she and my wife enjoyed. Beach was very nice and near the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore.

Room accommodation was very good. Clean and well maintained. Room service was quick. Breakfast buffet menu was more or less similar all the days which can be improved by adding variety of dishes. Overall stay was good. Nothing more

Hotel was good. Centrally located to all primary locations. Very friendly and polite staff. Clean rooms. Just that the rooms are very small in size.

Everything was good except for that a gym is not there and the spa services start late in the morning. Everything else is fine

We were there for 4 days and the Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore was very neat, at the heart of the city, had excellent food and room service. I would definitely recommend this Goldfinch Hotel Mangalore.

We were three senior citizen couples and stayed for one night. Rooms were excellent and extremely prompt room service. Chinese restaurant is awesome. Complimentary breakfast is good.

Rooms 4/5, shower area is a bit small amenities: 4/5 some toiletries were missing which are usually given in Goldfinch Hotel Mangalores of this class. Safety: 5/5 hygiene: 5/5 food: 5/5 staff: 4/5 valet staff behavior were a bit odd
