property location is far, also road is not built. so auto may charge more than usual. room was big. but power cut happened. it's average, don't expect too much.

horrible experience.... fisrt they show us in picture different types of stylish room but after booking confirmed, they understand that customer have no refund and no choice then shift them to another to another hotel/dharmasala/ bhawan and provide 3rd class quality room... and if customer have any problem or any type of issues then they pull his hands or force to cancel room...

Room was very small, stap behaviour was not good , No proper facilities. And distance from the hotel is so far. The owner will say Prem mandir 700m. Every temple is nearby but the actual reality is different. Every temple is distance of 3 to 4 km.

Waste of money...,not properly maintained not cleaned and poor service.... don't stay here .........

It's good under this amount and location is little critical to searching and food is normal good by provided by them

Everything quite ok. But distance from Room to temple is quite large. At night there as no auto for returning.

I had a pleasant stay at this property but the location was not very convenient, as you have to travel about 1km by foot for any cab , yet quiet enough to relax. The food was fresh and tasty with good variety. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were polite, responsive, and always ready to help. Overall, it was a simple but comfortable stay with good service.

Very good experience from this hotel take care behaviour was very polite and supportive every time overall good service in reasonable price.

Hotel location is not easily traceable. We travelled with car. Each time Google map instructed to go to a street that was so narrow to drive. Tried from different roads but could not reach. Trip was non refundable so at last booked another hotel onsite. Later met a person who was trying to find the hotel by walk and yet not able to find. Got call from hotel at 11:30 pm when I had fell asleep. This was totally an unprofessional follow up call at midnight. Big No, waste of money Big no to go with car.

Washroom was not cleaned. Toilet seat was so dirty. Lizards was also there.

Good place and convenient attendent , owner is good , just need to focus on cleanliness more ,there was dust in the room and cooler where also not very cleaned , behaviour of staff was good and welcoming

There was no food facility but yeah we were relaxed that we can checkin late in the night because of the train late scenario and the staff was was wide awake to assist us and he also offered the food

Rooms are good but location is too bit far away from Banke bihari temple otherwise everything is good

he was provided me with a double bed only whenever we were booking 3 candidates and mentioned the wrong location Bankey Bihari after 2km extra then I was reached in the guest House
