A friend of mine recommended to stay here while I was visiting coorg with my family. The stay here was simply amazing! It is only 2kms from the madikeri bus stand. The place is so vibrant and clean. The thing I loved the most was the quirky descriptions and posters they had around which makes the place lively. You have 24/7 cafe in case you are hungry. The staff will explain everything well. The rooms are really clean and colourful. You have 8× dorms and even 4× female only dorms too. Really good for a budget vacation and to know other people. The only one thing that was needed was the geyser to be working. Since the weather is a bit cold taking shower in hot water is very necessary. Even after 4 buckets we couldn't get the hot water. If this issue is fixed it is really gonna help a lot! Apart from that the place is amazing. You have a lot of mini games and boardgames. There is a bonfire happening every night if it doesn't rain. Perfect place for even workcations. Really loved my stay here with family.

I visited coorg for 3 days and stayed at gostops. I had such an amazing time that i extended my stay for 4 more days. Met amazing solo travelers here at gostops and made lifelong friends. I met the property manager anand here, because of his hospitality, friendliness, and companionship, i extended my stay day after the other. Gostops - i'm glad you have an amazing person taking care of your property! i intend to give honest feedback, so here are my 2 cents: - people won't appreciate frozen food unless it's the end of the world. You folks should have a live kitchen and a proper in-house chef. - con only for gostops coorg - the water heating mechanism is f*up. In order to get hot water in the restroom, one has to waste 3 buckets of water or leave the tap running for 5-10 mins, that is the only way of getting hot water. As i couldn't allow my conscience to do this, i bathed in cold water at a hill station for my entire stay. In a nutshell, gostops earned my trust! i'll for sure visit again. Best, riyaz

The ambience was just wonderful, the rooms, clean beds, a specific room for luggage, the ac, clean restroom and the swings and the cute dogs, the bonfire at night, indoor games, the cafe, tour guide, parking facility, smoking area, drinking area. The only things that could be better were the control of acs, they didn't give us the remote but asked us to seek them from the reception every time we needed it but they'll be available 24*7. The coffee in the cafe was horrible but they tried to fix it which didn't help. Coorg is meant for coffee but that's the experience we got, hot water control for the shower was a lil faulty because it was either all hot water or all cold water so that was difficult. Allowing indoor games to be played all night would be great instead of just reserving it for daytime. Everything else was perfect so i'd suggest anyone to go for it because it was arguably the best stay i've ever had.

It really felt like a cozy corner. Had stayed in go stops at delhi and few others in india. But this one at coorg is very different. It's very rustic, nestled in the green of the town. Built cozily in the hut like structure with ample of common area and playrooms, it's fun to just take a walk around the property. The staff is friendly and participates in the game nights with you! also, great peeps to connect with and plan itinerary together. The 24x7 food service is really good. The late night cravings or a meal need is satisfied with the menu they have curated. You can easily order it through the app. The chat room of the hostel is extensively used. The cleanliness and hygiene was decent. But carry your own tissues because these guys don't stock them.

I stayed for four days at the property, it was located near the main city but surrounded by lush greenery. Autos and cabs are easily accessible and even the host helps you out to get the most affordable convenience. Karan, he was the host, he was so well behaved, polite and helpful. He guided us in the internary and helped us book cabs for all days because when we booked on our own they were charging us unreasonable, so karan stepped in and made a booking on behalf of us. All the staff of the gostops were polite and kind. They even arrange boon fire for the guests. The dormetary was clean and maintained but they have small but manageable washrooms. Wifi is good. Best price and location than other options.

Zostel coorg was a decent stay, a 6/10 experience. The room and property was very good, but the maintenance was a little underwhelming. The wifi was poor, and so were the games room amenities, especially the snooker table. The staff was a mixed bag as well, one of them decided to throw my bottle of wine because i forgot it overnight in the common area. They misled me about transportation in coorg, because they have a tie up with particular drivers. The washrooms could definitely be improved. The dorms have a cute balcony, and i loved the machaan on the property overlooking the coffee field. The connectivity to the property is a big issue though because there's no road, it's just a lot of sand and rocks.

I loved my stay gostops coorg. Ideally located (within 2km of the main madikeri town) making it very convenient to cover popular spots in & around. The property is well maintained and well managed. More than anything the vibe & energy of the place is so awesome all thanks to the amazing team at gostops particularly suryansh & shipra who go above & beyond to accommodate guest requests. The evening group activities organized and led by divya(volunteer) were the icing on the cake. Every night was like a party and celebration thanks to their honest efforts. Only limitation is that the food menu had limited options and the quality somewhat inconsistent. But highly recommended to all.

In short, i had an amazing experience at this place. I arrived at the property a few hours before the check in time. But suryansh helped us to check in before as the beds were vacant. Overall the place is very nice, newly constructed and clean. The bedsheet and blanket were clean. The most important thing was 2 charging sockets, a light and a small fan for each bed. Quite helpful for people coming to work online here. They have a nice small restaurant of their own, which has limited items but enough to help you beat the hunger. Must try rajam, we loved it and suryansh made it himself. He is a very interesting person and helped us with everything from beginning to the end.

The rooms were clean, pool table was patchy, receptionist took a long time to check-in, beverages like cold coffee was too watery.

Location wise it’s surreal. Food was okaish, tastewise it was ok but lacks variety. The proper t manager and all the staff were very helpful. I had a great time there, would love to visit again for sure.

The look and feel of the goSTOPS Coorg is awesome with the price range. Safe for couples and facilities are too good

The property is located on a hill which makes it beautiful. It is easily accessible and feasible to travel by local transport. The staff is very helpful. Hari and karan were excellent hosts. They help every goSTOPS Coorgier with itinerary and transport facilities. The hostel culture is amazing. Food can a little better since it is majorly ready to eat food. My experience was amazing.

The stay was good. We didn't get the opportunity to try the food. Rooms were good. All the other tourist spots were very near from the stay

Location was good. Place was little clumpsy. It's good if people learn local language kannada to communicate with the ongoing crowd. But have good games which is very time passing.

This property is beautiful and close by to city. They have whole itinerary planned. Shekhar at the reception is a great host and will help u with near by places
