goSTOPS Mussoorie Picture Palace

It was good but there is so many issues I faced as a solo traveller. I stayed in so many hostels but gostops doesn’t live up to my expectations, The half property is under construction, dorms were not that clean , the balcony was locked of my room , shower and flush were damaged . The food assistance was so late . I ordered my food 2 times there and both times there was a glitch in their system they didn’t get my order . There are games to play but not even a single game was fixed every game was damaged . They only have one pool stick , balls were missing , cue ball was damaged , TT table was broken , foosball was also damaged , There is no cleanliness there was so dirt coz of construction, They stick the board of no smoking in common area but it’s just a board people were smoking there only staff members didn’t even said anything to them . People roaming in my dorm having bottles in their hand shouting in common area at 2am like people we saw on roads . There is not a single facility for well mannered people like me who don’t do anything like smoking or drinking, we people have to put pillows on our face to avoid those smells and sounds ! I hope the property manager will look into this and I won’t face these things again ..

We had such a wonderful stay and highly recommend this goSTOPS Mussoorie Picture Palace. The accommodations were comfortable and well-maintained, providing a relaxing atmosphere. Nice property and the location is also good. Staff is also well coordinating. Room are clean ,everything is good specially they have this evening bone fire and the food Is also good they provide personal lockers and the property is also safe with all safety standards

The location of the property is good. Just 200 metres from mall road, it is also away from the chaos of the market and has amazing views. The staff is very helpful and the place has good cleanliness all throughout.

It was a comfortable experience. Smooth checkin, service process. Also, the games, movie room, etc were good.

Rooms are okay, but the hostel is good, views from the balcony is good, and you can see sunset sky line from the balcony. And it is in main masoori, everything is near by

Stay was good, food was not also no toiletries provided along with no dental kit. Stay was comfortable and cozy

It was a great experience indeed it was my 3rd time visit on the go stop mussoorie and never regret by choosing this as my stay! staff, food, hygiene everything is just so perfect there. Must visit once!

Facilities are great but need some working in cleanliness

All in all the places is good. The most iconic thing is the view from the goSTOPS Mussoorie Picture Palace. Didn't try the food so not sure about that. Gentry is also good

it was good stay but the food delevery was late amd the room cleanliness was good and the breakfast standard was not good .The vibe was good .
