Worst management, there's no water and basic amenities in room

Amazing Property, Good view, location. Just one thing to improve on is bathrooms, it's too small and even some plumbing work is required. It's a 10 on 10 if you work on it.

The property had a nice view and was very big. But the path from reception to lift and then from lift to room was very creepy and bit shady. All dark and was under maintenance. Also the room was big enough with a good balcony, still the lights in room were very low, with dull paints and a very scary feel.

Rooms are small and ensuite bathroom are also small. No gaps between dormitory beds.

Reception Staff was helpful Room was not clean specially floor Locker was smelly & dirty which i had to get fixed for storing my bags Location is good

Worst ever room. Unpleasent and Musty smell in the entire promises. No proper wifi, wifi gets on and off everytime and not stable connection.

Not Cleand , Not Maintained , Dorms Are Very Unhealthy To Sleep ,

1. the bottles of shower gel and shampoo are not working. The pumps are faulty. 2. The tap for hot water is not working, water is not coming out of it. Hence could not take bath in the morning. 3. The shower is faulty. The water is splashing on the above side. 4. Wifi is poor. It disconnects frequently, hence there is problem unlocking the door everytime. 5. No tootpaste provided( these are basic) 6. There are no glasses provided. No coffee pouches in room. 7. No tV 8. Lights are very dim. Also, no light was there in the balcony.

The rooms and hallways were shabby and dirty. They should work on cleanliness and hygiene. Washrooms were smelly and need proper cleaning. The only good thing was the 24/7 cafe.

Worst stay we ever had. Absolutely ZERO maintenance of the property.

I did not stay here after check in, I looked at the property and was so disappointed that I decided to leave. The property pictures on Make My Trip are deceptive and misleading. The property is a very poor condition. Apart from the fact that the property had a view, it is not maintained at all. At the entrance itself one starts to feel odd. The property is not clean and in unhygienic conditions. Due to the rain, there is leakage throughout the lobby and elevator area. Buckets were kept to manage the leakages. The room was poorly cleaned, the beds were not even proper and just tucked in. The washroom cieling had the black fungus all over. Please do not book the property based on the pics on MMT. I lost the money as I had paid for the entire stay period in advance.

The lobby and sitting is area view is very nice! But the rooms and lift area smelled like mold. Room was also not very clean. Washroom also not clean. Shower was not working. Walls full of water leakage

don't visit as if you're a couple of travelling with your family, staff is terrible and they don't even offer room service, you'll have to go get your food yourself if you order something from the kitchen, everything is app oriented and they don't accept cash for any orders...the room was dirty and the staff was very unresponsive,

Overall stay is good. Staff is cooperative and helpful

Property is best and affordable will come back soon for sure

The property and the furniture bedsheets and towel was very old otherwise it was a good experience there. Atleast personal hygiene item like bedsheets and towel should b not that old.

I recently stayed at, goSTOPS Mussoorie Picture Palace, and unfortunately, my experience was marred by unhygienic conditions and poor service. - *Filthy Rooms*: The rooms were dirty, smelly, and had moist bed sheets. The flush wasn't working properly, and there were hairs everywhere. - *Staff Response*: Despite informing the staff, no action was taken to address these issues. - *Lift Not Working*: The lift was non-functional, and I had to climb three floors of stairs every time I needed to complain about basic issues. - *Slippery Stairs*: The stairs had water on them, making them slippery, and my complaints were met with dismissive responses
