Everything was good about them . Good wifi. Good vibe. Good chill out place and hygiene. Good inhouse cafe.

Needs Major Repairs and Maintenance I had a really disappointing stay at this property. The place clearly needs serious repairing. Definitely not up to standard, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until proper repairs and maintenance are done.

Location-wise it's good; the property is a bit old. Common spaces need to be upgraded. Check-in was good, but the process was slow. Price-wise, 100% recommend.

cleanliness matters the most when it comes to stays, but here I would rate 2/10. Restrooms weren't clean. Lift Didn't work had to carry our luggage. Car parking is the most problematic when you travel by your own car. You'll have to park it road side.

The worst setup I have ever seen. We were 6 people, and the quality, hygiene and cleanliness of the place was so bad, we didn't even sit there for an hour before leaving. Beds and linens were soiled and dirty as if they hadn't washed it before the next guests arrives, rooms smelled like stale food, wet clothes and other wastes such as plastic bags etc were dumped in the middle of the room. The photos are super misguiding. If you do not want to fall sick and care about your hygiene, DO NOT stay here, ever. Rating: 0.25/10.

The overall experience was really good. The food and location are excellent and very approachable. The reception staff is very supportive, and even the housekeeping team responds promptly—just a single call

Not good , rooms not clean and hygiene not maintained

The property is great, but the maintenance is really bad. The staff isn't welcoming either, so I suggest not having high expectations. I requested the staff to clean the washroom as it wasn't in a good state, but they denied, stating they do this only in the mornings. This means that if you're staying in dorms, the quality of your stay depends on the person you're sharing with. One person also reported that their mobile phone had been stolen, so always use the lockers as they're really good. Carelessness will cost you dearly.

My over all experience was okh, 1) Breakfast was included in my package and it was not worth it. 2) Bathroom’s were not cleaning properly. 3) Bathroom had no toilet rolls after being told also, shower gel was empty. 4) Our bed sheets were not changed through out our 5 day stay. 5) Drinking water was the big issue, as water can’s were empty most of the time, only one machine was placed on each floor. My friend had to take medicine in the morning he was literally searching water on the floor’s all the floor and common area did not had water, then he had to borrow some water from a guest in common area to take his medicine.

Service was good lockers and rooms were with automatic locks, but hygiene could have been improved

Its average at best. Check in is kind of late. The day of check in the guy had promised a late check out. But on the day of check out he was hurrying us. Food order takes a lot of time.

The property is good located at a good quite place. Staff and manager were also good. The only issue i found was the cleaning. There was a lot of dust on the fans & curtains. Also there was a lot of litter between bed and wall

Best stay for groups. Food, amenities and services are overall good

This is a very well equipped place in terms of facilities like multiple washrooms, lounge area, swimming pool and 24/7 cafe however it's time for them in terms of maintenance and renovation. taps, flush and showers are malfunctioning. They should remove that tree sitting by pool side area and create a bar or cafe there to take live orders. The app door opening also malfunction at times. room windows should have mosquito nets. There should be a limit on music volume and should be played by the speakers fixed on top.. hope they are of good quality sound and like boat soundbar ( which was also malfunctioned.. lol) The reception staff and housekeeping as well as security people are humble and cooperative. Hats off to their patience. Overall a very pleasant stay except the irritating noise by crazy youngsters
