We stayed there for 5 nights. It was a good stay. I didn't expect much but it turned out to be a decent property, clean and comfortable, away from the crowd and peaceful.

Needs Major Repairs and Maintenance I had a really disappointing stay at this property. The place clearly needs serious repairing. Definitely not up to standard, and I wouldn’t recommend staying here until proper repairs and maintenance are done.

Location-wise it's good; the property is a bit old. Common spaces need to be upgraded. Check-in was good, but the process was slow. Price-wise, 100% recommend.

cleanliness matters the most when it comes to stays, but here I would rate 2/10. Restrooms weren't clean. Lift Didn't work had to carry our luggage. Car parking is the most problematic when you travel by your own car. You'll have to park it road side.

The worst setup I have ever seen. We were 6 people, and the quality, hygiene and cleanliness of the place was so bad, we didn't even sit there for an hour before leaving. Beds and linens were soiled and dirty as if they hadn't washed it before the next guests arrives, rooms smelled like stale food, wet clothes and other wastes such as plastic bags etc were dumped in the middle of the room. The photos are super misguiding. If you do not want to fall sick and care about your hygiene, DO NOT stay here, ever. Rating: 0.25/10.

Good but not hygienic

The property is great, but the maintenance is really bad. The staff isn't welcoming either, so I suggest not having high expectations. I requested the staff to clean the washroom as it wasn't in a good state, but they denied, stating they do this only in the mornings. This means that if you're staying in dorms, the quality of your stay depends on the person you're sharing with. One person also reported that their mobile phone had been stolen, so always use the lockers as they're really good. Carelessness will cost you dearly.

My over all experience was okh, 1) Breakfast was included in my package and it was not worth it. 2) Bathroom’s were not cleaning properly. 3) Bathroom had no toilet rolls after being told also, shower gel was empty. 4) Our bed sheets were not changed through out our 5 day stay. 5) Drinking water was the big issue, as water can’s were empty most of the time, only one machine was placed on each floor. My friend had to take medicine in the morning he was literally searching water on the floor’s all the floor and common area did not had water, then he had to borrow some water from a guest in common area to take his medicine.

Its average at best. Check in is kind of late. The day of check in the guy had promised a late check out. But on the day of check out he was hurrying us. Food order takes a lot of time.
