1. Electrical and Maintenance Issues: There were a few open wires around the premises, which felt unsafe and poorly maintained. The walls also seemed damp (wall dampness) in some areas, giving an impression that proper upkeep and ventilation are missing. 2. Smell and Cleanliness: There was a noticeable smell in certain parts of the hostel, possibly due to poor ventilation or cleaning. This affected the overall comfort level during the stay. 3. Common Area: The common area was not very well-maintained. It lacked a welcoming or clean atmosphere, which is disappointing because this space is usually where guests relax or socialize. 4. Common Washroom Facilities: The common washroom could use a lot of improvement — the lighting was poor, and there were no basic amenities like shower gel or shampoo. Additionally, there was no proper changing area, which made using the facilities inconvenient.

Budget accomodation for young folks. Fair facilities for the price point. Good enough general cleanliness but washrooms leave a lot to be asked. Sleeping bunks and linen are clean. Safety is okeyish but specific proticols like room locks are not strictly adhered to.

Washroom bed and bedsheets were clean staff was helpful and courteous. Only drawback is there’s dampness in the hotel.

Services were pathetic. I took a private deluxe room with breakfast, the breakfast took a long time to reach me along with that it was cold that I couldn’t eat it. Not just that the wifi stopped working in the middle of my stay and mobile network was just not available

well it was all good the process and all the functions of hostel were top tier you can order anytime you don't have to wait for any line at all that was cool...... and the rest hostel was going under-construction so its medium good experience and it was off season so there were few of us in 14 X mixed dorm

Facilities were decent, the major issue is with the wifi. The usage is capped at 2GB while it should have been free uncapped. This capping should have been mentioned as the network was poor inside the rooms

It’s a less then basic room, without TV, basic water bottle, tea, cattle, toothbrush, paste, shampoo, conditioner, razed, etc. the price i paid, i would have got a decent 3star hotel minimum.

We stayed there for 3 nights. The hostel is in a good location, aaprox 2km from kashi vishwanath temple. Staff is extremely sweet , promt and helpful. Room is nice and clean and spacious. Bathroom is good. Only problem i faces was , there is no mirror in the room. Please get a mirror in the room

I had an amazing stay at goSTOPS Lite Varanasi! The bed was super comfortable, and I really appreciated the large locker under the bed — it easily fit both my big and small suitcases, and I could lock it for peace of mind. The location is perfect: not too crowded, yet close to all the amenities. I also used their towel rental service, which was handy. The shared bathrooms were clean and rarely occupied, so it was always convenient. Overall, a great experience — I’d happily stay here again!

It was a 8 sharing AC dorm, overa experience was good as the staff were good, didn't feel like the AC was cooling enough in the room and one issue I faced was with the shared washroom, It was mostly occupied and eventually one has to wait long just to brush their teeth as the outside sink was out of order. They are renovating something as when I went their was construction residues around and I am confident they will make it fine as the people here are polite and friendly.
