rooms are very good and staff if very nice

The place is nice and the villas are good. They cleaned the swimming pool when we asked for it. The evening snacks (kanda bhajiya) was good. But what can be improved is little cleanliness (there were spiders in the washroom) and the service. There is no restaurant and no proper service really. We received our dinner really late at night and it was not upto the mark. Very little options in the breakfast too.

The location of the property is awesome as it is situated on top of Malshej ghat itself and villa was neat and clean and the service of staff was good in attending to your calls. The room service was good.

Location is superb. Amazing view. But food and room services was okaok. Staff and management is very good. But need few more upgrades.

The hotel was great. The staff was courteous and helpful. The room and private pool was well-maintained. However, there was a lot of insects.

Too many flies, taps in washroom are very poorly fitted, maintenance is not good, Beed sheets were not clean, overall hygiene is not maintained, doors are also not secured, pool was not clean, overall it wasn’t a premium stay

Worst property to stay in. The room and pools was stinking of pee and urine. The bed was not clean nor was the pillows. Ac water was leaking. We were in room no 2 and would not recommend the stay. Nothing unique about the property and no view as search. Not worth paying 8k for this property, look something else. Its not instagram worthy also.

For me all is excellent only one bad thing for unmarride couple is that some young staff is not proffesional becouse of their behavior and bodylanguage make us uneasy as i hv my gf.

Location of property is very good, just besides the road so issue of connectivity. Parking for 4 vehicles is there just after entry. They have 4 villas for group staying and each having separate swimming pools. Each villa can accommodate maximum 6 persons comfortably. View from property is very beautiful, you can river just from the front of villa. Food offerings are limited menu. Complimentary breakfast is not good in taste and quality. Service need improvements a lot.

It was the nice experience with gr 8 hill pool, very beautiful location with lake infront of rooms & gr8 mountain view mostly in rainy season when cloud's comes on mountain its look's very beautiful, cooperative staff. Gr8 food taste too.

Good experience and good location. Restaurants with whom the property has partnered to provide food, serves very delicious food. I can visit this place again to have the chicken curry and rice!

It was a newly built good property, for stay, as it will grow the food service will also get quick and improved. Mr. Surendra walmiki the operation manager of gr 8 hill villa helped us a lot in guidance and in direction during our stay in the villa willl recommend this for a peaceful quality time stay.

We stayed at this beautiful property and it was so relaxing. If you want have some quality time for unwinding, this resort is the place to visit. No internet can be a turn off for many but for us it was a bliss. The staff is good and helpful.
