rooms and washroom are very clean. but the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment inmates switch off the lift during night which is very much in concern regarding the safety. if something happens in the middle of night we can't go out. neither the phone provided was working nor the provided mobile no. was available which is a very big issue we had faced during early checkout I had to bang the fire exit door which also was locked inorder wake them up at 6 in the morning. moreover the breakfast is nothing but a single omplete with two slice of bread and tea. the worst experience was when we asked for bisleri water they have charged 40₹ for 1L bottle for which MRP is ₹20. I can't complaint anywhere as there is no bill also. h

Overall i had a good stay. I opted for the royal suite and the room was spacious by bombay standards and was clean and well kept. There was ample room for me to sit and use the tables and chairs and the bed was also comfortable. Standard closet where i could keep my clothes. The bathroom was spacious but the geyser was jutting inside the open area of the roof which was a little dicey. As far as the cons go: the wifi was very weak and sometimes straight up did not work. I'd get a strong signal in the corridor but inside the room the wifi was bad. I was on the 7th floor. So if you plan to watch netflix/youtube or need high speed internet you will have to use your hotspot. The ac was locked at one particular temp and the remote did not work. Thankfully this did not bother me much as i like the room cold but it's something to look out for. The room door is a little difficult to open from the outside and one has to push pretty hard with their shoulder/body to open it. This despite the fact that i'm hefty. If someone's not as well built it might be difficult for them. (can't confirm if this was an issue with just my room door or all of them. The staff was helpful and prompt. Check in was easy. Overall i'd give this experience 3/5.

If your purpose is to stay in Bandra only, then this is a good Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment to stay, it's on the corner of the road. Rooms are good w.r.t price, services and employees in Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment and good and supportive. For food if we talk about lunch and dinner, then in room dining is very good but breakfast is not upto the mark. In breakfast you get maximum 4 items which always includes poha, then you get watermelon, toast and tea. All in all, if on a business trip, this Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment is value for money.

I thought the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment would be somewhere inside a road or dirty area or the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment would be average or something. Looking at the price. But honestly speaking. It is located at the prime location and that too on main road. The Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment and the entire room is clean and amazing like 4-5 star Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment. I was really surprised to see. Only the staff should be dedicated towards their duty, rest the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment is more than you expect.

Rooms of this Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment is good, wash rooms are ok, breakfast is worst 1st day bf menu was upma, pasta, idli 1 juice with no taste, watermelon tea coffee thats it and we found cockroach in pasta. 2nd day poh, idli, para-ta other things same. So don't opt for complimentary bf. Rooms are ok but no parking. Staff are good. Receptionist is not very approachable. Link road and hill raod are close by which is a shopping destination. Location is good for getting transport and other restaurants

Good staff, value for money but only hot water problem and if i have to say about the elevator then i give only one star overall, nonsense it is they off the elevators in night and lock the emergency stairs also. Change the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment name to grace galaxy hostel if you are switching off the elevator

Stayed for 2 nights with family for visa interview. The triple bedroom and double bedroom were good. Breakfast was below average. Service could have been little better. Decided to stay at this place instead of bk c as the area was more happening and close to juhu and other tourist places.

Rooms are comfy and safety measures are been taken

Cleanliness is ok bathroom clean sevice is fast restaurant is expensive no car parking available wifi is ok. Location is centrally located but due to construction of metro the is lot of traffic congestion near the Grace Galaxy | Rooms in an Apartment.

We booked a superior room, the room was good, staff was courteous. They should maintain a water temperature in bathroom, you open a tap it's a cold water water all of a sudden hot boiling water starts coming and in a next moment again a cold water

Very caring staff. My stay was peaceful and I enjoyed staying there.

Good location. Just a walk away from the market area. Staff were friendly and helpful. Hotel room was well maintained. Would recommend.
