Firstly, I would like to give the Guest homes a 5/5 rating. The rooms are perfectly clean and spacious. It is very secure and the bathrooms are very clean as well. The security provided us assistance in our time there and the service was excellent. To sum up, Grace Guest Homes would be a perfect stay location if you want it all and comes very much under the budget as well.

Booked one is not Grace Guest Homes, it's a home stay but rooms are well maintained like Grace Guest Homes. Owner is cooperative and good customer service. Location is near to thrissur round. I prefer this place because my target location is near to this place. We will not get any food but restaurants are there near to this place. It's a home away from our home

Value for money stay in Thrissur. They have two properties and this one is, a bit away from the town. Cleanliness and facilities are OK. This is a service apartment set up. They don't provide any food or rather we didn't enquire about it. Check-in and out was breeze. Their another property is in the heart of the city. So ask before booking.

Hotel owner will wake you up to serve you tea, if you want it or not. Asking him not to wake you up the next day will result in knocking on you door at 7:00 am. A tea makes 50 rupees afterwards. The guy will also be always around and ask you where you are going (I felt followed). Very clean Grace Guest Homes despite all this.

Can Stay as we stay in our house. The rooms are neat. Good place to stay with family. Kitchen is available for us. House owner is decent a gentleman as he is ready to help us at anytime. This is the second time we take this. Both times my appa and Amma accompanied. They liked the rooms and place. Value for money.

Grace Guest Homes is an amazing value for money place to stay. The room is really spacious and clean. Car parking facility was very helpful. It is pretty much a homestay but was also very impressive. Only let down was that the Wi-Fi did not work during our one-night stay. However, definitely recommended.

Great place. Easy Access to town. Almost in centre. It was a great experience. The owner was very good person. He helped in all ways. To Him. He arranged a studio apartment for us. It was a great option. So tat. It was very memorable.
