Graces Resort

We recently celebrated our wedding anniversary at graces resort, and it couldn't have been a more delightful experience. From the seamless check-in process to the exceptional service throughout our stay, graces exceeded our expectations in every way. One of the highlights was our beautiful holiday villa. It was impeccably clean and well-maintained, providing the perfect space for our two-year-old to explore freely. The two conveniently located washrooms, one on each floor, made our lives easier. The food was another win. While on the pricier side, the portions were generous and incredibly flavorful, offering excellent value. The resort itself was meticulously maintained, with the staff providing prompt and attentive service. We were particularly impressed by the cleanliness and overall ambiance. While most of the resort's activities incurred an additional charge, they had a variety of options, including a play area for kids, giant outdoor games like human chess and snakes & ladders, and multiple lawns for gatherings. There was even a banquet hall and a temple on-site. The most remarkable aspect of our stay, however, was the resort's understanding and flexibility. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we needed to shorten our trip by a day. With the support of makemytrip, graces provided us with a full refund for the unused day. This exceptional customer service solidified our positive impression. Overall, our stay at graces resort was nothing short of fantastic. We highly recommend it to anyone seeking a relaxing and enjoyable getaway. We wouldn't hesitate to return in the future!

The location of the property is beautiful, the cottages are a must stay in with a lake view good food, but not that happening breakfast. Yes at the open air restaurant i was asked to leave since there was a big table arrangement for quite many people, that could have been polite too. But overall i liked staying there. Also the property must keep rooms ready if any guest are coming post the check-in time, i reach-er by 3pm and yet had to wait for another 45mins for my check-in which was a little disappointing as i had travel-led a car journey and been there.

We stayed there two times but little things like door stopper, size of tv, adequacy of room furniture, anti skid bars on stairs, first aid, newspaper, variety in breakfast, extra room service charges for tea and other food etc may bother if you have travelled a lot. The staff is okay and cooperates well except bill section which unnecessarily again and again reminds that you need to check out today even though the room rent is already paid and baggage is being readied for exit. Overall a good experience at Resort but it needs to fine tune a bit to go ahead.

It was so relaxing. Near to nature. Beautifully designed landscapes which enhance the beauty of resort. There are so many am-la trees& so many other variety of trees including vegetables. Flowers so beautiful & so natural. Rooms were so clean. Views from windows & balcony was so tastefully planned. Food was so tasty & services were also very cooperative. Overall it was a wonderful experience of staying in graces. I really recommend everyone to visit & stay there. No doubt graces resort maintained it's grace very gracefully. Thank u

Checkin was hassle free. Staff was courteous we were at safari cottage the downside was that the size of the room was small windows of adjacent cottages faced each other. No view whatsoever was possible zero privacy as the curtains had to be drawn always, so it was very suffocating inside. The property is nice food is good restaurant staff put up with all the special requests, so 10on 10 for them property is well kept. The lake facing rooms we have heard are good. So may be next time as this time they were booked

Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and staff ever, lovely and great first impression of Graces Resort. Everything about the Graces Resort was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service in where we had dinner. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

During our stay at grace's resort, we were impressed with the vast and well-maintained property. We opted for the executive room and were pleased with the seamless check-in and checkout process. The food served at the resort was also good. However, the management needs to improve the room cleaning service as we had to request towels every day, which should have been provided by default. Moreover, the bathroom had a bad smell. Despite these issues, we had a good overall experience.

My stay at grace's resort in sehore was unexpectedly fantastic! the comfort of the rooms, the friendly staff, delicious food, well-maintained property, and enjoyable activities all exceeded my expectations. I had a truly wonderful experience and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. Every aspect of my stay was top-notch, making it a truly memorable trip. I give grace's resort five stars for providing an exceptional hospitality experience.

It’s really a nicely built resort with many fun activities to choose from. Loved our stay with Graces and the food is amazing 😊

The property is beautiful and well maintained. We went for a family trip and enjoyed every bit of it. They have many activities as well. Lake facing rooms looks beautiful. The only Side is the spring mattress in the rooms which definitely needs replacement. Also few of their house keeping staff members have no brains at all. They'll bang your door continuously just to give you a hanger.

It was a very good stay and the staff was so gentle. When ever you will plan for stay ensure that your cottage should be lake view.

Location was appropriate food quality is good but expensive on a la carte basis.

Resort was overall good, food is great. Boat ride was not available as the lake was not is good condition. Everything else was great.
