The location of the hotel in morjim is perfect as its nearby to all the good beaches. The hotel rooms are costly and clean. All the staffs behaviour is polite and helpful

coupleWe had booked this hotel for the long weekend of jan. Around 2 pm we started receiving calls to cancel the stay due to short circuit. We drove all the way from pune to goa and were about to reach around 2. 30 pm. The staff showed us another hotel which was next to this and was not upto the mark. We denied staying there and also saw that the rooms in this hotel had electricity and there was no short circuit. Staff named guddu was ok with this. However some manager there asked us to wait for an hour to give us one room. Firstly, when the repair of short circuit was going to take one whole day; how is it that they gave us room in an hour! after we got the room, we didn’t like the finishing of the bathroom at all. There was no hot water available throughout our stay. The toiletries were less and super bad. Shower gel and shampoo were the same! the breakfast was in open area with all the flies sitting on the food. The swimming pool was not clean. I could touch some tissues thrown in the pool which were not clean -horrible experience. I would not recommend any families to book this hotel. After all of this disappointment expressed to the hotel there was no consolation from the staff of the hotel whatsoever.
