we are quite happy with the room and other amenities provided by the Grand Arcadia. The complimentary break fat is worth mentioning here. very good buffet breakfast with fruits juice, tea and coffee bread toast poori and many other south indian items. very good auto rickshaw service available through the reception staff.

Highly recommended stay. The room we booked was very clean and well spaced for a 3 member family. Provided complimentary breakfast was very tasty. Staff were so professional and welcoming! Worthy the cost!!! The only inconvenience caused is with parking space, which is not sufficient and easy to park and take the car!

Central location. Near Tiruvanaikaval Temple. Food was very tasty and prompt service. However, only one chair was provided in a Double occupancy room and the second chair was not made available despite request. AC remote was not working. Shaving mirror was hanging loosely.

property is good but we were charged extra for a late check out. we had checked in by 8p.m and requested them to give us a check out by 6 p.m the next day but we were charged rs 1000/- for this. we stayed in this property for the 3 rd time and inspite of it they didn't oblige

Staff were good and friendly. The rooms are clean but old needs a bit of renovation. Food is decent and worth the money. The have an in house restaurant which is famous and serves good non vegetarian options.
