While the property is clean and well maintained, the staff can be better trained as they refuse to give another key card which is a basic requirement when there are 3 guests in a room. We are spent one day with family, the rooms were satisfactory, but the mattress was in terrible condition. There were no tissues available, and the breakfast was only served in a party hall where we had to arrange the chairs ourselves. We asked for extra blankets but haven’t received them yet, and the bath towels were old, making it feel like a 2-star accommodation. We voiced our complaints about the service at the reception during checkout.
