Grand Basant

Room that I stayed was large and spacious even after accommodating a big 3 seater with table, supposedly for dinner and leisure. Some accessories in restroom is yet to reach their modernized room standards. Quality of food is not OUTSTANDING yet considering the standard of the town, one will not be disappointed with their culinary offerings.

Food was excellent, Very good cleanliness. Problem faced was locations sent via Whatsapp was wrong showing 7 minutes. Walk from Grand Basant reception I showed to reception desk also I was reached 00:20 hours and was get panic when auto drop me near Grand Basant but Google Map showing 7 min away and I confused due to midnight.

Good location and service is also nice .. Food quality is good. Reception people are helpful. One negligency done by them. On returning to room at night at 8. 30 pm I found the room open and keys hanging on the door. My luggage was inside the room. They had no proper explanation why my room was open at that time.

It was a very wonderful stay indeed, no second thoughts about it. If I was delivered what was promised, it would have been a complete 5 star! Apart from the glitches in arranging the pickup and the swimming pool, the stay was really memorable! Looking forward to visit again & Again & again!

It was a very good experience with HOTEL GRAND BASANT ... The Grand Basant is at good location. Facilities provided by them was very good. Service was very good, people are cooperative. Breakfast was good. Pickup & drop facility was provided by the Grand Basant .. A Good Budget Hotel ..

I understand that all Grand Basants reserved a numbers of rooms for online booking. Room Quality was cheap. All Grand Basant facility are not good while without booking room quality are very good. So I advice to all that if you want to stay in good room please do not book room online.

It was a nice stay. Service of Hotel basant was quite good also location of the Grand Basant is in prime location thats why no inconvenience in local travelling. Also food was very good, room service was very good. And last but not the least price through make my trip was quite good.

It's was good stay at GRAND BASANT. Food and room service with satisfactory but provided room was old. Reception welcome was very good and the Grand Basant provided free pick up and drop form Ambikapur Station feel great. Hotel provided WiFi facility that was good speed and workable.

Good Grand Basant, good location one of the best Grand Basant in Ambikapur, need some change specifically in Television and curtains. Service is awesome. Toiletries need to improve. Overall good experience of Grand Basant.

Hotel is good one at Ambikapur

Value for money. Hotel could have been cleaner but it was comfortable. Breakfast was included at an additional price. It was good for a pit stop after a long drive. Staff was cordial and helpful. Room was really big given the price. Good overall.
