During my recent stay at this exceptional Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels, i was delighted to discover that it surpassed all of my expectations. From the moment i entered the elegant lobby, i was greeted with warm hospitality and a welcoming ambiance. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of my stay was flawless. My room was not only spacious, but also impeccably clean. The comfortable bed provided me with a restful night's sleep. The Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels's amenities, including a delicious breakfast with a variety of options, were top-notch and enhanced my overall experience. The location was ideal, with convenient access to the city's main attractions and the airport, i highly recommend this luxurious Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels to anyone seeking an enjoyable stay.

It was a good stay at grit grand, chennai. We chose to stay here due to the proximity to one of the prominent shopping areas of chennai - pondy bazaar. Extremely courteous and responsive staff, good food at the restaurants, and a nice ambience made the stay very comfortable. Found the in room dining price on a higher side. A meal comprising 1 portion each of bisibele baath and t hair sadam costed rs. 1400+ am so particular of the sheets on the bed, pillows, and the mattress. What's the point if you dont get a good sleep after a long, tiring day. Grit grand ranks one among the best in this category, in fact, better than some of the top rated Grand Chennai by GRT Hotelss that i stayed in. Will i come back - definitely, yes value for money - 7/10

Everything is grand about this Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels as their name is. Right from the reception desk. Each and every staff is very courteous and helpful. Hotel ambience is too good and rooms are very well maintained. Food quality is top notch and i was able to get both south indian and north indian food for me which were very tasty. Rooms were clean, well maintained. Only improvement area i felt was that there was no food menu and slippers in the room which i got when i enquired. It would have been great had they been in the first place. Neverthless, overall experience was amazing. I plan to stay in this Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels if i go to chennai again. Thanks for the experience.

My work demands travel frequently - even after frequent travel and staying many places - think my first review for a Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels - excellent reception desk behaviour. Their approach when i was alone and not well is really appreciable. Both the front desk and house keeping head kept asking if i am well and if need something till i checked out. They even extended late checkout due to my illness. They even suggested and specially made a homely food which was not in menu for my wellness. Congrats to your hospitality and wish this will keep your brand growing.

My review: overall, my stay at the grt was great. The staff was great. The food was great. The room was nice and clean. The only problem i had was when on one of the days of my stay, there was a vip that visited some function at the Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels, and that restricted the moment of all the guests at the Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels. I lost half a day due to this issue which is why my rating is at 4/5. The management needs to consider the fact that no inconvenience is caused to the guests, no matter what. I have r. The Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels is located right in the heart of t nagar. It is also at the edge of the main highway to the airport which makes the ride time saving even in rush traffic hours. The hospitality provided to the guests is warm and caring. All our requests were immediately met. The breakfast spread was extensive covering both north, and south indian cuisines. The preparation was delectable. A memorable stay and the property beckons us back. Surely.

It was a. Very pleasant experience staying at this Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels. The room was very beautiful with all rich amenities. The service was awesome and the staff was very cooperative. In addition the location is very prime and markets are quite approachable. In house dine was bit expensive but taste was again awesome. So guys if you are visiting chennai do stay in this Grand Chennai by GRT Hotels. Highly recommended!

I enjoyed my stay at grit chennai 8 feb 2024. Lobby is well set, good lighting, staff courteous in lobby, breakfast. Rooms are spacious, has a large range of toiletries ( in case occupant forgot to bring something ). Bar on ground floor has attractive signage - breakfast was sumptuous. Location in central chennai has easy acess to business centres in city. I will refer grit chennai to freinds and return in 4 months

Had one day stay at grit. I found it neat clean and every thing working. No faulty bathroom showers or switches. Staff is very professional and ready to help. I had great breakfast. I recommend it and give 5 stars.
