I've experienced a good stay with this property, but still, they have a lot of improvement areas like service needs improvement, the room didn't have an intercom so if your battery is Dead you need to go downstairs to ask anything, at least a water bottle should be provided. The locality is very nice. They don't serve food, but nearby we get a lot of eateries.

Overall stay was good. Easily accessible location. Staffs were well behaved and helpful. They have provided good quality food and a clean room with the basic facilities. But the reception area was not well maintained and also the price they have charged, compared to the quality was not up to the expectations.

It's an excellent stay. It was my business trip but that property was suitable for all. The place was awesome. The hosts were good and very helpful. Staffs were mannered. The rooms were comfortable and relaxing. The environment was so peaceful and calm. Must recommend the property to others.

Overall it was a great experience with Grand City home, Mumbai. Location wise it was easily accessible and also facilities were above the satisfactory level. The cleanliness at the property was very fine. But I think the property is quite expensive.

The property was centrally located and easily accessible. The rooms were relaxing and the facilities were up to the mark with all the facilities equipped within. The staff should be professional and more responsive.

I was traveling for business purposes in Mumbai and I really loved the property. The rooms were clean and relaxing and the staffs were good as well. Suitable for all. Must recommend the property to others.

Good location, nice ambiance but very poor (or old) description of how to reach. So many no’s mentioned only for confusion. There is no intercom between room and office/ attendant’ room.

The location was very much accessible from the NESCO exhibition center. The rooms were modern and clean. The staff behavior was ok. The quality of food was also good.
