Grand Continental Hotel

Location of the Grand Continental Hotel is good. Civil lines area has a structured and modern outlook, with some good stores to shop and hop around. The property is neat and clean, and well managed. The resturant and kitchen offer delicious cousine (the chef and the team must get kudos for delectable food. Amentities are above average (matching a good 3-star kind of property. Overall, a nice option to stay. A little overpriced, but that is the case with most of Grand Continental Hotels who are struggling otherwise to remain in profit, and cater well to their employees and the clients as well.

I have tried many different Grand Continental Hotels in Allahabad/Prayagraj over the past 3 years. The Grand Continental is the best one in my opinion for the foreign visitor. Excellent local dishes and a good spread of Chinese and European food. Compact but functional gym only one in the City as far as I can tell, clean outdoor pool. Calming trees and seating outside at the pool. The Grand Continental Hotel is located in civil lines, a busy, central location with good road access to other parts of the City.

We had a comfortable stay at the grand continental Grand Continental Hotel prayagraj. The rooms were clean and provided with all the amenities needed such as iron and ironing board, electric kettle and mini refrigerator. The bathroom was clean and the bathtub was spacious. Provision of a hair dryer inside was much appreciated. The room service was quick. The complementary meals were freshly cooked, and the waiting staff was polite, courteous and efficient at fulfilling requests

Food was delicious and hygiene. Staff who were serving the food is very polite, well dressed and qualified. Time taken to serve the food is little bit high. Dining hall is clean
My stay experience is very good at Grand Continental Hotel. Staff is cool and polite covid protocols are very satisfactory there. Parking the vehicle is tough due to lack of space. There is no place for drivers.

Really nice place to stay with family and friends. Heart of the city all places is nearby. Nice reception, restaurant and housekeeping people. They love to help you and enjoy their work. Thank you to all Grand Family to making trip awesome.Just a simple request if possible please change your TV service provider Tata Sky, their service is not up to mark. All over awesome stay.

It was a pleasant 3 days stay at the Grand Continental Hotel. The Grand Continental Hotel is very well designed and customer friendly. The staff is very courteous and unobstrusive. Didn't expect the excellent quality of facilities and service that we received from the moment we checked in. Food served is also superb. Extremely satisfied.

Hotel is good but front office management and behavior is very bad. Before booking they say some thing and after booking they regret what they say. My suggestion is please change front office managers to improve more hospitality. Front office managers are very rude and that's why not to suggest to check in in this property

Grand continental Grand Continental Hotel prayagraj is ideally located in posh area of the city. Many good restaurants are nearby. Pvr is just across the road. We were a group of four. We were given executive rooms. Better then we had booked. As complimentary. Buffet breakfast was good. Staff was very helpful.

Hotel room was good but bathroom needs maintenance not good breakfast was just ok

It was a pleasant stay, this time was short but will stay there for some Long duration.

Location is wonderful l, food was delicious and the service was satisfactory and very good, breakfast was wonderful l and of high standard, Grand Continental Hotel was very clean and staff of Grand Continental Hotel seems to be qualified level.

The stay was nice, rooms were clean, food was good. Everything seemed fine. Staff was helpful. But the only problem i had was that the valet parking guys scratched my new car.

Courteous and helpful staff. The Grand Continental Hotel is very well located in the civil lines and not too far from the sites in the older part of the town. So you’re equidistant from the sangam and the museum.

The Grand Continental Hotel is good but their charges are beyond your imagination. Also, the quality of food is below average and on the other hand the cost is too high.

Worth property in the heart of City with excellent ambience and food quality

Location is pretty much easily accessible to all clothing brands , bars & pubs. you can’t expect more than this in Prayagraj as per location
