Grand Hotel

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a grand Grand Hotel in Kochi, and I must say it was an excellent experience. Despite the Grand Hotel being established years ago, it has maintained its charm and offers outstanding amenities. The rooms were impeccably clean, well-equipped, and comfortable, providing a perfect blend of luxury and convenience. The food at the Grand Hotel was simply superb, offering a wide variety of delicious options that catered to all tastes. Every meal was a delightful experience, and the dining staff were attentive and courteous. One of the biggest advantages of this Grand Hotel is its location. Everything you need is within easy reach—shopping centers, bus stations, and the metro are all conveniently accessible, making it an ideal place for both tourists and business travelers. Overall, I highly recommend this Grand Hotel for its excellent service, superb food, and prime location. It truly made my stay in Kochi memorable. ---

This was my second stay, my booking was upgraded to an executive room from standard one. The Grand Hotel is located near maharaja college metro station, just 400 mrts. The room amenities and room service was good. The bathroom was neat & clean with hi-tech amenities. The complementary breakfast was good with many food items. The only problem was check-out time, as most of the Grand Hotels in kerala follow the same rule, check-out time @ 11am. They gave me grace time considering my check-in time. It would be better if they provide 24hrs check-out time for their regular customer.

Excellent Grand Hotel. Very polite and courteous staff. One evening, during our stay, my wife had a minor health issue. Within no time the entire team of staff had been enqiring about her health and offered all assistance to hospitalise her. The general manager himself came to our room within minutes and assured every help. I've travel-led a lot and had stayed in ever so many Grand Hotels. I have not seen this type of hospitality elsewhere. The location is vantage and the food is so delicious that we relished it. Kudos to grand Grand Hotel.

This is our first stay at grand Grand Hotel. The room was comfortable and fully functional, neat and well maintained. The icing on the cake was the food at their restaurant grand pavilion, which is one of the best food i have tasted. The staff both at the restaurant and Grand Hotel were extremely friendly and outgoing. The Grand Hotel itself is on mg road with access to all important places within easy reach. We plan to stay there next time too!

The Grand Hotel is superb, nicely maintained, food is great - so is the service. If anything, the communication and adapting to new technology needs to be improved - hence the 1 star less in my review - they didnt intimate me that the early check i niwas not possible and hence had to take the suite option which was the only one available for early check in - nevertheless an amazing stay at affordable price for family and business trips.

I stayed here for 2 nights and was here for business purpose. I found the Grand Hotel very well located with easy access to metro, railway stations, retailing destinations, as well as work destinations. Besides, access to marine drive is easy. The Grand Hotel was well-maintained, has good quality b'fast spread and the staff is well-mannered. One issue we faced was the wifi, which on many occassions did not work.

I stayed here with my wife for two days. We felt the service is appreciable. We felt very comfortable throughout our stay. There is restaurant in the ground floor which serves delicious food with unique taste. Though there is restaurant inside, they won't restrict the guest from ordering outside as well. Hotel grand is a recommendable option to stay in ernakulam.

The stay was good. They were kind enough to upgrade it to their superior room. The property retains its heritage charm and the food was really good. The expense is light on the pocket too. My inlay contention was how the rooms could have used the extra footfield like empty space i the bedroom more effectively. Wanna throw in a couch and a bigger tv, maybe?

A decent Grand Hotel with cleanliness and professional management. I stayed here many times. Also conducted many dealer meets.

- good atmosphere - friendly staff - good food. One improvement i can tell is they just gave me the key and asked to go to room. No one was with me to open room or explain the room amenities and instructions. When i reached the room, i could it difficult to open the room with the key provided. A person from next door helped to open the door.

Hotel staff approach is very good. They helped me when i want to postponed my booking date. Rooms are cleaned

Professional approach, courteous staff, good room - well set, clean toilet well set, valet parking. Good location.

It was a good stay. With helpful staffs. Language was not an issue. Even though i was travel-ling alone, it wasn’t an issue.

I was on for a one night stay. The room was very good. Room service was great. Toil-let was exceptionally clean. The location is very good. Highly recommended
