Overall the stay was very good. Food was great, staff was courteous and helpful mostly. The property is well-maintained. We did face slight niggles though, like 1 of our 2 room keys weren't working, we told 3 different staff people about it, nothing was done in 2 days to replace the key, or activate it again. They called us during the stay to check on us and asked if we needed anything. We requested for their airport drop-off service, they said they'll get back to us, no one did. Certain pre-cooked food items like herbed potatoes, kinda bhajis, couple of danish items, etc weren't well-cooked. There was a strange smell coming from the shower area, we called room service to check on it, no one came to resolve it. The smell went away after a while. All these points we'd probably not mind at all in any other regular business Grand Hyatt Goas, but in a high-end resort like grand hyatt, we expect them to attended to at an earliest. Would i visit again? absolutely, yes! it is a very good property and the overall experience was very good. These points were very small niggles, i can easily look past them, i am mentioning them here to ensure they aren't a repeating pattern with other customers.

The Grand Hyatt Goa is good. Good amenities, good restaurants. Breakfast buffet was tea good with lots of choices and tasty food. There’s plenty of space to walk in the garden that overlooks the sea. Easy access to the beach. They also have cab service for half day and full day at reasonable prices. They must check their card machines at checkout counter or the network because my card declined thrice although there was sufficient balance. I called my bank and they said it was all fine. It finally worked on the 4th attempt. So but for a poor checkout experience rest was good.

It was an excellent experience to stay here. Everything was fine. We stayed here for 6 nights. We got excellent service from many staffs like bikram, sudipta, moupriya, sayali, nagesh, rishi, vikki, arjun, aritra, rahul, ramen, ranjan, priya, chef biman, sumit, gaurav budhani and many others. All the staff were excellent. Housekeeping and restaurant staffs were awesome.

Beautiful property, amazing hospitality. I would like to thank the restaurant manager jenisha for taking care of us, specially with the food, specially with my babies food, so thank you, jenisha. Thank you grand hyatt, for giving us a memorable stay and created lots of memories had fun. Food was awesome.

The property itself was stunning. The rooms were well-appointed, spacious, and offered all the modern amenities while still retaining a cozy and inviting atmosphere. The attention to detail in the decor and the cleanliness of the entire space really stood out.

Great resort with lots of facilities for families. Restaurants offer different variety of cuisine and nice service over all. Rooms are also neat and clean. Overall we had a wonderful time at the resort.

Beautiful landscaping, excellent architecture, courteous Staff, hygiene & cleannesses was utmost, Authentic Taste of food, caring Staff and fabulous property, it’s a complete Luxury stay

It was a great stay, there was however a mix up when the rooms were allotted, instead of a twin bed room we were given single king bed room

It was an excellent experience to stay here. Stuffs like sudipta, bikram, moupriya, sayali, nagesh and others did a great service for us. All the staff were excellent. Housekeeping and restaurant staff were awesome. I have extended my stay here.

Property is very beautiful and scenic. The portuguese cathedral theme architecture transports you to in europe.
