Grand Hyatt Gurgaon

New it is in terms of design and outlook. We stayed in one of the club rooms with uninterrupted floor to ceiling views and smart automatic toilets. In delhi/ncr i’ve seen these toilets in the normal rooms of only one other property. The rooms are very thoughtfully designed to add that extra comfort which lacks in most of our local properties. Although few of their dining options are yet to start but we still had a great time in bar musui and mason maya was also fine. Their front desk, guest relations and dining staff all of them took great care of us and went that extra mile to make the stay a memorable one.

grand hyatt is located at the centre of most happening places in gurugram. rooms are pretty big and unique and squeaky clean. there is one theing which won my heart is the way staff treats all their guests. they are always very helpful and accommodating. only suggestion to increase the spread for breakfast. although taste wise everything was delicious but who doesn’t mind more options. overall its truly a 5 star property.

Great property and decor, great location, well behaved Grand Hyatt Gurgaon staff, excellent food. I ordered a sandwich in my room and had to make the payment twice. Hotel's finance team is pathetic. Couldn't give any resolution and said, call us after a week and if the problem is not solved by then, we will see what can be done. Absolutely ridiculous! amount has already been deducted from my account twice.

We went to the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon to get away and celebrate a birthday. It is a wonderful place. Beautiful room, superb food and remarkable service. What’s more, they overheard about the birthday as we were checking in and there was a cake from the Grand Hyatt Gurgaon for us to cut. There were mishaps like non-functional mini bar that did not cool and missing hair dryer but they were quickly remedied.

What a nice and comfortable Grand Hyatt Gurgaon. The Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is newly built so it is better than most other five stars we have stayed in gurgaon. The rooms are spacious. We paid extra to upgrade to a suite and we absolutely loved the experience. The staff was wonderful and hospitable. We had a great stay. Thank you

The Grand Hyatt Gurgaon was well-maintained and the staff displayed exceptional kindness and professionalism. The rooms were also kept tidy and clean. The food was delicious, and the other services provided were satisfying. Additionally, the property was designed with aesthetic appeal and properly managed.

Stayed here for a weekend and the experience was great. Right from check in until the checkout, everything was handled really well. Room amenities were excellent and the room was quite spacious with goodview from a higher floor. Food options were good and the service was fantastic as well.

The Grand Hyatt Gurgaon is a breath of fresh air, with courteous staff and great meals available all day round. The patron rahul at the restaurant is extremely polite and provided us with great suggestions for our buffet. Looking forward to our next visit here!

It was a nice & comfortable stay in grand Hyatt….i can say one thing about this Grand Hyatt Gurgaon…they are above than whatever the 5 star Grand Hyatt Gurgaon I have stayed in NCR….nice ambiance
