Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty

Me and my wife stayed at lake view room, it was one our best days, the main attraction is the view of the lake, which overlooks the kochi harbour areas, living, sleeping and awaking seeing the natural waters through huge glass windows was the major highlight. Room is spacious and spot clean, big toilets and bathrooms with tub, room service was perfect and no complains, they had both indoor and outdoor pools, gym, and as activity they provide lake cruise to kochi harbour areas which we have to pay extra, kayaking is also provided and many indoor games for kids. Hyatt has a beautiful lawn which is well maintained, its perfect for morning and evening walks, the theme reminds me of garden by bay in singapore. We tried at their two major kitchen that is malabar cafe and thai souls, dinner buffet at thai soups had excellent oriental and thai cuisines. Complimentary breakfast at malabar cafe was good but not the best. But overall it is a excellent place to relax and stay at the best location of kochi.

Staff is kind and helpful. The rooms are nicely done and very comfortable to stay in. The sleep quality was excellent. I did not try the food but the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed or weekend getaway a lot. I will definitely stay there again. The view was great, we could see e. G. The huge clock tower of the main railwaystation and other towers. The sunset was breathtaking in the winter time (no nordic lights, though. We had a sauna of our own with two showers. 80 degrees celsius was just right for us. Comfy and close to everything can be easily reached and most of the shopping centers and sights are nearby. The room was comfortable and i'm a big fan of scandinavian bathroom structures, they are very practical altogether.

I stayed here for 2 nights with my wife and we absolutely loved it ! The property is soo beautiful and the view from our room was sensational. The Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty staff are extremely friendly and courteous and did everything possible to make our stay a memorable one . I would specifically like to mention Meghna at the front desk , shravan who’s the good and beverage manager and margarita who was our hostess during dinner . Exceptional people a big thank u to u all ! The brunch spread was out of the world . I’ve only one thing to say- the next time I’m in cochin I won’t consider any other Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty . This is the best ! Don’t think twice just book !

Restaurants are crowded and hence social distancing could not be implemented. Buffet serving by the staff would be more hygienic since if everybody is taking the food by their own will result in spreading the pandemic. If staff only are touching the cutlery, then they could do it with gloves which could not be done by the guests. Moreover, sanitation of the seats are not seen done after dining of each person. Except this, all services are good and the staff are exceptionally cordial and helpful. Room is so neat and spacious and the amenities are good. They had taken full care of all the special requests made by me.

We had the best stay. The room had a breathtaking view of Kochi backwaters. The bathroom had a great tub and a rain shower. Every meal we had was perfect, whether it was the Calicut biryani ordered to the room or Thai and Italian cuisines served at the Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty's restaurants. Service was really great, everyone is so nice and are committed to provide the best stay experience for guests. A complimentary sunset cruise was the icing on the cake. Just looking forward to return to this beautiful city and stay at this beautiful place.

Great location, beautiful ambiance, very helpful staff. Most friendly and helpful receptionist and i personally have positive remarks on my experience and has got great first impression in all aspects. Hotel was exceptionally great in all, like cleanliness in room with accessories and a beautiful lake view. Food was good and great value for money and service was truly excellent. Room itself was highly comfortable and myself and family was very pleased with our stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

The Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty gave us a memorable stay. The safety and hygiene practices are good. The room and hospitality is excellent. The food is tasty and vivid. The cuisine is mainly indian based. Breakfast menu includes english breakfast menu also.

Hyatt is the best property in kochi for your stay. From the time to enter it’s always a pleasant feeling to be part of the hyatt family. The rooms are spacious, neat and offers the best view. Food is delicious too.

The property's location is very beautiful, one should take the backwater view room. Food is nice, i found less options for vegetarian jain food, but whatever i got was nice. Property is clean and well maintained
