The staff was extremely friendly and food was excellent! They gave complimentary breakfast which was delicious! Provided us with in room chocolates and fruit which was very sweet! It was a memorable experience!

Problems faced during my stay
hand shower in bathtub is clogged and it is not usable. told the staff to clean or change it but it didnot happen in my three days of stay secondly, key that is give doesnot work. when i come back in the evening, i can only find that it does not work, after going to room and i have to come down all the way. it happened all three days of stay. bed is also not good, it is sinking, not comfortable to sleep

Excellent Stay
I stayed for a day in Grand Hyatt. This is my first time to this hotel. Stay, food and all the services including travel desk was super helpful and excellent. Experience has been fantastic. hosting team was very helpful right from check in till check out. Overall a tremendous experience. Will visit again for sure when i am visiting Mumbai.

Poor Stay
Really bad experience.. waiter came with bill for buffet dinner even though I had paid for the dinner already.. had to convince that the bill was already paid. Pathetic service.. never going to book this hotel again.

Terrible Stay
Terrible stay. The staff at a hotel must be attentive and courteous to its guests. Seems like they haven't been trained yet. Particularly the staff at Coffee shop is too forgetful about your orders, and the restro manager There wasn't a single chair at the reception to sit on while waiting to be checked in. We were made to stand in queue for about 20 min at the time of both, checkin and checkout; pluus none of the guest was offered even water, forget about any welcome drink! Pathetic Hospitality!

bad experience at Hyat
I had booked two rooms at Hyatt and prepaid for the stay along with meals included, but right from the beginning things went wrong. At the entry itself, we were stopped unnecessarily, which already felt unwelcoming. Later, when we went for the buffet dinner (which was already prepaid), no one asked or confirmed anything. But after finishing dinner, we were stopped in front of everyone by three different staff members, just to check if we had paid. This was extremely embarrassing, especially since we were celebrating my parents’ anniversary. The whole situation made us feel like thieves, even though everything was fully prepaid. I am a regular traveler who frequently stays at 5-star hotels, and this is not my first luxury stay. But this was by far one of the most awful and humiliating experiences I have ever had. Does Hyatt not cater to guests from all backgrounds? What kind of discriminatory treatment is this? At first, I thought I was the only one who felt this differentiation, but when I got back home, even my parents said they felt the same way. That made it even more disappointing, because what should have been a happy memory for them turned into a hurtful one. Such behavior is completely unacceptable at a brand like Hyatt, especially on what was supposed to be a special celebration.
