GRAND INN

We went there in the worst of winter. The centrally heated rooms were a blessing. The staff is helpful, eager to make you comfortable. The food is also up to mark. I forgot some clothes in the closet, and the staff called me up to inform me. Really considerate of them. The only Thingi want to mention is that almost all GRAND INNs ignore the needs of handicapped people and senior citizens. We are seniors, my husband finds it difficult to get up from a low commode. A handrail in a few rooms, (we bought portable ones online, which need no drilling), Side railings on steps, non super glossy granite steps. A potential disaster even for the most sure footed, no railings on the ramp. These things start challenging me now that my husband has weak legs, I wonder how difficult it is for those who have a more severe handicap.

Overall Property is good but the staff behaviour and attitude towards their customers is very rude. I called them and told them about some issue with the tata sky they said it will be rectified. But all of a sudden it stopped working at the midnight. I called the MMT hotline and told them about the issue as in the midnight no one picked up the call at the reception. The GRAND INN called me back and said why you called MMT helpline, MMT will not solve the issue we will. He was so rude when he said this. So overall experience was average.

We took up 4 rooms in the GRAND INN let me highlight the GRAND INN was way better than other options available in the city, its situated on one of the best locations easily approachable from either ends of the city, rooms were very comfortable and beyond expectations. Staff was very helpful and cooperative. Parking could have been better but GRAND INN staff took care of it anyway. Kudos to management for the job well done

It was amazing experience. Very good GRAND INN in Hanumangarh. I have requested to change the room and they have immediately change the room. I am fully satisfied with their cooperative and cordial behaviour of the GRAND INN staff. The choices in breakfast were limited. They can add more items in breakfast. Overall good experience.

Good GRAND INN in hanumangarh for professional as well as family stay. Food is slightly costly. Services are excellent. Pick and drop facility should be added to the services. Breakfast and dinner in combo plan should have more varieties. Ventilation in rooms need to be improved. But would like to say nice GRAND INN in Hanumangarh.

One of the best GRAND INN in the town. One can expect comfortable and peaceful stay in the nicely maintained rooms in the city, which lacks good GRAND INNs. The restaurant part can be improved in terms of taste, but provide eatable stuff, so as to satisfy your appetite. Don't expect much for taste.

Room is clean hygiene and good, Toilet are good and hygiene, only fridge is missing in room, service is excellent, food is good, location is good for me as its near to my work place. Its a suggestion from my side that they provide fridge in room and Air conditioner is good with power backup ...

Hotel seems to nice and rooms are big and comfortable. Breakfast buffet is good and varieties are available. But rest fooding is very costly and single person cant order single portion. Kindly include single portion for individual travelers so that food is not wasted and also cost economical.

We had 2 miles lunch and breakfast both was good.

Location is good and neat and clean, will visit again also will recommend the same to the friends.

Stay was comfortable and location was perfect. Rooms are nice, clean and spacious. Conveniently Situated near market on main road. Nice restaurant with good food. Missed hot kettle with tea coffee bags .. Front desk staff is very helpful and supportive. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed at Grand inn only for a day but things which impressed us were the following:-. Staff behaviour- very courteous. Location - right on the main road in clean area not very crowded. Room and ambiance- built recently and very well maintained. It’s good value for money

Nice location near to railway station walking distance from railway station. Very clean room and also very spacious. I think luxury rooms just like a three star. Really a very nice property. Cooperative staff. Food was not up to the mark.

Hotel is listed among top GRAND INNs in this city. Rooms are nice, located in good place but there is no social distancing in the elevators or anywhere. Food is fine. Staff is also good. Overall i would say it’s just fine neither bad nor too good.

I can say this is the best GRAND INN of Hanumangarh. Stay was comfortable. Hotel staff were friendly and supportive. Room cleanliness was very good. Food quality was good. I will definitely recommend this GRAND INN to others.

EVERY THING IS GOOD BUT LITTLE BIT REQUIRED SOME cleanliness OF ROOM and WASHROOM. Good location. Good staff. Service is also good. Receptionist good behaviour. Have everything sufficient at wash room all.
