I visited Dehradun for a conference in Sgrrim and stayed in Beacon Grand Legacy. The was pleasant stay. The room was spacey and nicely organised. The stuffs were well trained and polite. The restaurant serves nice food as well.

I had booked a double room with single guest occupancy, while when I went there I had a friend with me. Despite having booked a double room I was charged 800 rs extra for the room. Then the room wasn’t very clean, the blankets were dirty and the breakfast buffet was quite average. They had just 2-3 items to choose from and while they had boiled eggs they did not agree to make even a simple bread omelette on demand. The bread toaster didn’t work and upon asking thy toasted the bread in kitchen and provided in limited numbers. Overall it was an average stay not worth the price they charged.

Needs Improvement

I stayed for two nights to and from from my trek. The food and service speed was very good. But their house keeping needs improvement. room was dusty, intercom phone receiver had lot of dust which I requested to clean. pest control wasnt done. there was a baby cockroach which moved over the tea and sugar sachet. I showed the video to front desk and requested them to ensure they improve their housekeeping.

Poor Stay

The rooms were big, the staff was kind enough to always refill water to save plastic. Downsides were many inconveniences, shower not working propely, flush not working properly, no AC display, stained sheets, not changing welcome drink containers after 24 hours, spoiled bananas served for breakfast If the hotel works on these simple renovations, it will be a really good stay

Comfortable stay in Dehradun

We stayed here before and after our trek. The room was comfortable and spacious. Bathroom had some issue with the geyser but the staffs quickly responded to our complaint n fixed it. We had booked the room with breakfast but as the number of guests were less there was no buffet option but they took our order n prepared fresh n sumptuous food and also were kind enough to pack the food that we couldn't finish. would definitely come back and recommend to friends & family.

The property did not provide clean buckets, poor room quality and overall not recommended. I had requested for floor slippers, as the flooring was not very clean, however did not receive them.
