Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand

After lots of research, we decided to stay in this Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand during our agra visit. We booked 2 rooms here with breakfast. The experience was very good. Front desk officer, mr. Suman was very helpful and cooperative. Rooms were neat and clean, ambiance is superb, the location is also perfect as it is near to taj mahal. We had a family diner with my guests and chose to go with ala carte options. It disappointed us as they have served us stale bread (roti, informed them for this, they reheated it and served. The taste of the food was clearly not up to the mark. Same for breakfast. The improvements are required here. Overall, we have enjoyed staying here and will definitely stay again in the future.

Starting with Food,it is mainly & mostly for foreigners bland boiled food.whatever indian food is there it is water downed to suit the palette of Foreigners. 2) Nothing was complementary in my room,everything from mineral water,to cold drinks,to chips to biscuits is chargeable according to 5 Star Rates.Normal water though is available and free 3) TV was having dead pixels in some area,was not changed even on informing 4) Centralised AC set automatically at 21 Deg C was hot even after wearing light cloths with blanket in winter nights in January.AC was not performing like 21 Deg C,filter was cleaned but to no avail. Good Things about the Hotel it is a 5 Star Hotel and will make you feel like you were staying in one.

It was a great experience with our newborn, this being his first stay at a Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand. Hotel is not that far from Taj mahal and located just in front of a metro station. I liked the hospitality. Stay was comfortable. Room was beautifully designed. Since the Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand has more occupancy of the foreign nationals, so food was less spicy and designed more to their taste buds but Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand staff was always willing to go extra yard to prepare additional dishes for us during all our meals even though the food otherwise

The stay was good and food was nice, it is good place to visit with family. The Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand should bring more offers and discounts, it will increase the footfall all the destination of agra seems near from this Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand, as this Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand is next to metro station, which makes the journey more easy

It was good experience, the service was very good the staff was so helpful and nice in the behaviour there was proper clearing, and in the Grand Mercure Agra- an Accor Hotels Brand there was so much places to enjoy and suitable for photos like rooftop music and dinner spa. Overall it's very good

It was quite good at grand mercure. I have stayed 4-5 times but this was my best. Mr. Abhay ji at reception helped us a lot. He promoted our room with the deluxe category from the superior one. Thank you mr abhay ji.
