To say that my stay at the Grand Mercure Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand in Bangalore was amazing, would be an understatement! Having traveled and stayed at many really nice 5-star Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brands around the world, I say emphatically that my stay at the Grand Mercure beats all those Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brands, hands down! The Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand itself is nicely nestled in Koramangala, which gives you easy access to amazing nightlife and conveniences that are just a couple of miles away at best. Add to that the fact that it is surrounded by so much greenery right within an urban area, gives you a sense of calm and relaxation even though you are in the heart of the city! The rooms, decor, and quality are top-notch and Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand housekeeping staff were taking extra precautions to always ensure everything was properly sanitized and clean. I stayed in a 1 bedroom suite for a good 4 week period and heard about a few guests there were long term residents > 1 year) there, and I could totally see why! I wouldn’t mind becoming a long-term resident there either if I didn’t have to leave, knowing how well they take care of you! This brings me to my next point. I will try and do justice to every single staff member there who I got to interact with but if I forget a few names you can understand how many such great folks were there to help make you feel comfortable. Shout-out to gibe and rich a from the front desk team that was always there to help and answer any questions I had! Ravi from the housekeeping team was simply amazing at always making sure that my suite was done up well! Venkatraman from the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand security team always smiling and happily chitchatting with me as I waited for my Uber rides outside the front gate of the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand. The restaurant staff deserves a separate five-star review in and by itself in my opinion. Arokya, Madhusudan, Abdul, Ankan, Kailash were so attentive, friendly and always went the extra mile to make sure my dietary needs were taken care of. So much so that they always kept my food preferences readied up every morning and I never had to ask them about it! They would always tempt me into having some new dish during breakfast and made sure it was made in a way that my body could handle the spice levels. And along with them, there are three chefs that simply blew me away with the way they took care of me: 1. Chef mani - He is a maestro with desserts! He especially made amazing mango-based desserts exclusively for me when he was told how much I love mangoes! 2. Chef Mukesh - I loved how he frequently whipped up quick dishes for me whenever I came to the restaurant area for lunch or dinner and added his own style to it and made sure I was happy with the dishes he created! 3. Chef violas - I don’t think there are enough words to thank him for all the amazing dishes he made for me. On one occasion I simply happened to tell him about a type of savory puri ( fried bread) that I used to enjoy with tea in my hometown. Without my knowledge, he went out of his way, contacted someone he knew in that town, got the recipe not just of that type of puri but another local type of puri as well, and then made it for me and surprised me the next day when I was having tea! The taste and the flavors were amazing but what I loved was his proactive outreach to get information and make it for me! on another occasion, i was chatting with him about some of the sweet dishes I grew up eating, and mentioned that Puran Poli was one of my favorites. That was all that he needed to hear because before I knew it, he made it for me the very next morning for breakfast! I can’t thank him enough for making me feel so much at home! This has turned out to be a really long review but rest assured if I need to stay at a Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand in Bangalore again, I won’t hesitate even for a second to book the Grand Mercure again!

The stay was not bad however there was a major goof-up at the time of check-in. We had checked in and stepped out for lunch. Once we got back, we noticed that the keycard was not working and got a nearby housekeeping staff to universally override and unlock our room. Once we entered, to our horror we saw another person in the room. Basically the same room had been given to two guests because of some technical glitch (apparently. This is simply unacceptable but the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand staff and manager were very apologetic and humble about it which i appreciate. There were a couple of more issues which i would like to highlight as it is not expected from a 5 star property- firstly there was an issue with the lock of the washroom. Secondly, the utensils served during room service were very limited, no serving plates, less spoons, just 1 plate for 2 guests etc. Apart from these issues the stay was good, suite and washroom was clean and tidy, staff were polite and the food was good.

I stayed in Grand Mercure for 8 days, my stay was very pleasant, comfortable and relaxing. The staff is very friendly and thoughtful. Special mention to Anirudh and Anirban for their support during our stay. They even brought a cake from Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand side for celebrating my birthday, very good surprise, I must say. Starting from my stay, Thejaswini helped in my check in and extension of Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand stay, the house keeping staff was quick in cleaning, In room dining was also quick, supportive and food was tasty, rooms were very big and loved the balcony. Overall, I would highly recommend this Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand for a luxurious stay. Its a guest friendly Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand. Thankyou Grand Mercure😊.

This Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand is at great location. Surrounded by greenery, it has its own beauty. Each time we visit, we feel like home. The Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand reception staff is very welcoming and hospitable- special mention to sushmita, anirudh, anirban for their hospitality and care. We got free upgrades, rooms are big and spacious, clean and sanitized. Love the balcony and the view. Housekeeping staff is very dedicated and attentive. Wide range of food and drinks variety. Just loved this place, extended my stay many times and its always a lovely experience

So had a stay for a couple of days. The rooms are clean and tidy. The rooms are spacious and with proper ventilation. All the basic things which are required for a stay are been taken care. They have a small kitchen along with the necessary things which we require to cook. Also, there is a small balcony wherein you can spend some time on your evening tea. I had not visited the gym or pool. But overall a very nice place for business travel and would surely recommend anyone to stay here in case he is in blore.

The Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand is located in a very peaceful and safe location. The rooms are really good and the suites are on a different game. With regard to the sanitisation, the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand can obviously improve a bit as my only complain with my stay was room cleanliness and sanitisation. However, apart from sanitisation the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand is amazing and the staff members are really courteous.

I stayed for 8 days in the Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand and it was amazing. The check in was smooth, room was huge with a very big balcony, the food and room service was always on time. The staff was very helpful. Anirban and anirudh were very helping and also got cake on my birthday from Grand Mercure Bangalore - An Accor Brand side. It was an amazing trip for me. Its a fantastic property in the peaceful area. The staff is exceptionally well trained and well spoken. Suite rooms are amazingly designed and well maintained with all appropriate appliances available in the kitchenette along with crockery. I would specially like to thank mr arokia (f&b manager) he made our stay very special with the way they served breakfast to every guest and with prompt services. Highly appreciate the people and the property.

Overall very good experience except minor issues. Could have been better if lighting in corridors is made better, wash basin drainage needed rectification.

They upgraded my room without asking and also gave me a late checkout. Very happy with my stay and staff. Really cooperative and nice

Hotel authorities followed covid-19 protocols entirely. Since i came from mumbai they insisted that i produce the result of my rt-pcr test.

Good property spacious rooms. But needs to improve on hygeine small cockroach in room. Curtain linen was not cleaned
