Grand One Tower

Decent accommodation, quiet neighborhood, small size basic room with no windows but can be upgraded with a min. Extra to large rooms with window. Very good location close-by to restaurants, multiple multi speciality hospitals. Supermarket, salons, parks etc. All within walking distance of max 5 min. Proximate to marina, express avenue malls 20 min away by auto as well. So stay here weighing your specific pros and cons. No food but allows app deliveries, limited to no parking, friendly staff who speak tamil, english (some, hindi, malayalam.

Hotel rooms are well maintained but car parking is an issue as there are less parking space, there is no kitchen so no food service and there is no free breakfast, even though paid breakfast is available yet there is no much items for breakfast, otherwise Grand One Tower is in prime location within the vicinity of major landmarks, it is close by to marina beach, close to mount road, close to us consulate and many other prime locations. Staff is approachable and helpful.

Good experience - no frills, decent stay if you want to be left to yourself and are here for a short trip ie Visa purposes. 5-7 min auto ride from embassy and VAC, and generally prime location

overall, stay was good as per my need. area of Grand One Tower too was good. would stay in the future as well if needed
