Grand Pacific Ocean Hotel

The food at this hotel was extremely disappointing. I became sick with food poisoning after eating here. This was a very unpleasant experience and the hotel seriously needs to improve its food quality and hygiene standards.

very good experience. My room was clean and everything was working. But sometimes the sounds from outside are heard inside the room.

Sorry to say but, Very very unhygienic 🚽 bathroom very dirty. Untrained staff including the manager. Always feel unsafe. Never ever recommend

Horrible location , Staff behaviour too rude . Water supply not available for washroom or Bathing .No cleaning of beds , pots & bathrooms . Towels not available in room , Intercom facility not available , Room service also not available properly .Child labour working for cleaning & serving of food .

It was a very very bad experience...no amenities a bad terrible room dirty bed sheet and table and chairs with fungal even though they don't give me complementary water also...

Room was average, Ac was not working, first they gave us a dirty room but after request they changed that but it was also not cleaned, they had taken very long time to deliver food from kitchen as well

Baht hi ghatiya hotel hai auro baht hi bekar hai hotel ka management, pine ka paani tak nahi milta hai, room bhi baht ganda rahta hai washroom mein paani nahi aata hai thik hai, machhar bhi baht hai is hotel mein, complimentary mein pine ka paani tak nahi deta hai, koi bhi call nahi uthata hai is hotel mein

Location is good with peaceful rooms, cooperative staff, will definitely recommend. They have in-house restaurant with amazing food
