Grand Plaza

This is good place to stay inside old munnar and close to multiple Grand Plazas & commercial place but at same time a place with view of tea garden, river and gold course. Except for swimming pool, this place offers everything that a resorts on outskirts (15 to 20 kms away ) of munnar offer. This place is not secluded, you will get cell phone network and its is on main road so no dangerous driving to reach resort. Also place very secure that you and family can take walk early in morning and late in night to enjoy munnar. Also since this is in center of munnar, all top tourist places are equal distance so you can go to any place of choice and easy to reach. They also have few indoor games, basic gym and spa in-case you want to spend time in Grand Plaza relaxing. Rooms were clean and spacious, check in was smooth, staff very polite and helpful. Overall a value for money staff. Hotel has its own dedicated parking which is helpful. The food they offer is ok and even the spread if ok. But this is one area of improvement for the Grand Plaza management. If one does not like food offered by Grand Plaza, there are multiple eating choices at walkable distance from Grand Plaza.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the grand plaza Grand Plaza for two nights, and i have to say, it was an exceptional experience. The Grand Plaza truly exceeded my expectations in every aspect. One of the standout features of this Grand Plaza was the food. I found myself looking forward to every meal, as the dishes were expertly prepared and delicious. The variety of options was impressive, and the quality was consistent throughout my stay. The staff at the grand plaza were incredibly friendly and helpful. The Grand Plaza was also impressively clean, and the toilets were well-maintained throughout my stay. This attention to cleanliness was evident in every aspect of the Grand Plaza, which made me feel comfortable and at ease. Finally, the rooms were beautiful, spacious and comfortable. I slept soundly every night, and i woke up feeling refreshed and ready to start the day. Overall, i highly recommend the grand plaza Grand Plaza for anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. From the awesome food to the friendly staff, clean toilets, and beautiful rooms, this Grand Plaza has everything you could possibly want for an enjoyable and relaxing vacation.

I stayed at Grand Plaza grand plaza for 2 nights and i must say it was a very plea-sent stay. The staff was courteous and very welcoming. Hotel provided us our preferred choice of room and check in was smooth. Although, a little away from city centre this Grand Plaza is suitably located with beautiful views around and good car parking area. Breakfast buffet is good however, i would suggest Grand Plaza management to improve on their restaurant services. Items in menu of is very less with minimum choices and price vs portion is very poor. I would have rated this Grand Plaza as 'good' but rated 'excellent' considering other things which made my stay worthwhile.

it's located at a walkable distance to Munnar city. It is close to restaurants, bus stand and shopping places. The Grand Plaza stay was awesome as the room was very clean , ventilated with good view. The room was clean, bedspread was well washed. and provided with blankets The toilet & bathroom were well maintained and perfectly cleaned. The restaurant breakfast - buffet was very nice and tasty with good varieties. They also provide good dinner buffet for ₹400 which is also very nice. overall stay was enjoyable and a good place to chill. I would highly recommend for tourist to Munnar

The Grand Plaza is located at a very good location close to munnar town and good restaurants. The dtaff is very friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast offered is also very good with different menu every day. Overall a very comfortable stay. Would recommend this Grand Plaza to those visiting munnar. Clean rooms, hot water, delicious breakfast, helpful staff. We also tried the spa services and they were very good and reasonably priced compared to the other spas in town.

Decent 3 star Grand Plaza in a central location. The property size is smaller than what i expected looking at the picture. Parking is open parking. Rooms are decent and food was also fairly good. I had breakfast, lunch and dinner at the premises and was satisfied with what i had. For the price, it's a very good option. The view from the room was good but surroundings are packed with other small Grand Plazas and homes.

Very good Grand Plaza location advantage. Can travel to all sight seeing points from this point easily and away from crowded area. Also walkable access to shopping center. Ample car parking space. Hotel staff were very kind and cooperative for every request. Front desk person was very polite and kind enough ensure comfortable stay. Restaurant available with nominal rates. Overall good experience.

The Grand Plaza is near to main road and it's surrounded by greenery. In front of Grand Plaza there is water stream flowing and morning walks around Grand Plaza was nice. They have varieties of food items for breakfast and dinner and most of them were really tasty. I would strongly suggest this Grand Plaza for couples or families looking for comfortable stay as the price per night is competitive.

Overall good experience. Rooms need a bit of maintenance. Food options in restaurant is limited. Buffet breakfast should include one nonveg item.

Nice Grand Plaza, spacious rooms, nice view. The Grand Plaza is very nice and well maintained. Rooms are very spacious and so are the bathrooms. Food is good and you will get good north indian. They will help to get jain food as well. I would recommend to eat here.

Service very pleasant, prompt and courteous and restaurant obliging to meet our needs. Location was easy to find. No air conditioner but fan worked. But noisy due to loudspeaker blasting from nearby temple

Had a wonderful time staying at the Grand Plaza, rooms were clean and neat, nice view from the room balcony, location of the Grand Plaza was in main area, with access to resturant, cabs and bus depot. We tried only complementary breakfast, food was nice, with good varities. Staffs were very helpful and available all time.

Price was higher rooms are neat and cleaner room service is ok good loction
