It is one of the best hotel in Pahalgam...the cleanliness,food ,rooms and all other amenities are top notch...the rooms are spacious and washrooms are clean...we booked along wd breakfast and dinner and food was really tasty...it has a big garden where u can spend leasure time wd ur family or friends...i would highly recommend this hotel to everyone travelling to Pahalgam...

When we arrived for check in they first refused us by telling we have cancel-led this booking and mailed mmt. Then after long argument and request as i was with my family all 3 female member i begged in front of them then they allowed us. Mm t booking is not confirmed booking this i realized now. I hate mmt

Approach and facade of hotel

familyThe locating hotel by directions given was a nightmare as it took us to several terrible kuccha and narrow lanes but lead to dead ends. There were no direction signs for hotel and by luck we could notice one by one feet signboard on tree. The entrance was terrible like path made in hills for cattles. Boundary consisted of cgi sheets and construction material heaps in front. Receptionist was absent. Though construction was new and rooms were good. No toiletries or water was kept inside room and for every thing we had to ask. Food was good and staff was courteous which saved the day.

Hello Sir! Regret the inconvenience caused! I want to bring in few points regarding the above concerns. 1. Google map has shown you the wrong route and you know that the Hotel is only 300-400 meters from the highway and very much approachable as when you left the Hotel you took that route only. 2. Sing boards were placed from main highway till Hotel location however due to Amarnath Yatra, authority removed the sign boards. 3. As you have mentioned, the Hotel is new, the outer infrastructure is under maintenance but we ensure that it doesn’t impact stay of our Guests. 4. About toiletries and water, really appreciate your valuable feedback, however this is the first instance which has happened by mistake, the required toiletries Water bottles etc were provided immediately after you checked-in Looking forward to serve you again )

Dont rely on google maps for this place it will take you to nowhere! rooms are clean but the place is away in jungle, i wont recommend anuone to go there

Google Map is showing the shortest route, the hotel is exactly 800 metres from KP Road which is the main road of Pahalgam. The Hotel is between the Pine trees which is the main USP of this Property.
