Nice stay, rooms are neat, only thing is bit of more lighting is required in the room, it will be better if there lighting is increased little more

Pros: Hotel has a Swimming Pool. Cons: Food quality not good, Try to be smart as they provides executive room initially in place of Deluxe room as discussed, later on after raising the voice they changed. Bouquet was not upto the mark less choice of food. Other than if you do complaint to their manager they listen and take action but prevention is always better than cure.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The location is convenient, close to major attractions. Food quality and variety were excellent. Facilities such as the gym and Wi-Fi were well maintained. Staff members were polite, helpful, and attentive. Overall, a pleasant and memorable experience.

The Hotel is decent, but the maintenance is very average. Food in the restaurant was more North Indian, service was not good mainly due to lack of staff. Overall maintenance as well goes that way due to lack of sufficient staffs.

The experience was quite horrible as hotel is too old, broken furnitures, damaged floorings, damaged bathroom fixtures, bad smell from air conditioning unit, non functioning WI-FI, average breakfast setup, average food, limited availability, melamine crockeries, staffs are not responsive, rude front office staff, Too pricy compared to existing condition of hotel. Overall unpleasant stay, not recommended for corporate travellers or business travellers

The rooms are well cleaned and well maintained. The staff is good and responsive. The only drawback I felt in this hotel was that the gym was under maintenance for five days, which was the main reason I booked this hotel.
