GRAND RESIDENCY

The GRAND RESIDENCY is located adjacent to isbt, and is well connected. Food is good and the restaurant of the GRAND RESIDENCY attracts lot of people. So i preferred room service. Room service is very slow. It took them half an hour to send a bottle of water in the afternoon when there was no GRAND RESIDENCY rush. Staff are helpful and always smiling. Though the weird electronic motor in th wc was a shock and made a horrible noise when you use the flush.
Room was sanitized, GRAND RESIDENCY staff were wearing mask, but no thermal gun for guests and guest in the restaurant wasn't following covid19 protocol.

My stay was overall good. Hotel is in very convenient location. Staff is very helpful & courtesy. I have few observations though: little more attention should be given towards cleanliness & heigene. Access area after the main gate should be cleaned frequently. The glass doors & partitions in the entrance & reception area need regular cleaning. The lift at the back side used for carrying food is very dirty & cooked food is kept on the floor of the lift. This lift should be always clean, and food being transported to other floors should be kept on a table in the lift & not on the floor. - joydeep sinha delhi

The location of the GRAND RESIDENCY is good, since it is surrounded by shops and restaurants. It is close to Mahanadi and tourism spots such as Subhash Chandra Ghosh memorial. The GRAND RESIDENCY staff is courteous and responsive. The rooms are clean and cozy. Wifi connection seems to be an issue, but otherwise the stay was comfortable.

I am happy with this GRAND RESIDENCY management and there services, even there room service staff and reception point is very co-operative. Even there hospitality behaviour is owsom. Overall experience- excellent if i talk about rating than i will give - 5/5. Thanks to all staff of grand residency!

The property is in peak location and should increase the quality of food. Room service was slow. . . . .
I have stayed at dozen of GRAND RESIDENCYs in (l. This was on the top of the list of best stays/experiences ever. Staff was very hospitable but room service was slow. Thank you so much.

Overall very good except encountered lot of dampness in rooms. Surprisingly rainy season should not affected as the rooms were on first floor having g a second floor too. Apart from that the stay was good and comfortable. Dampati in rooms is positively a issue which needs to be addressed

Location is fantastic. Both badambasi bus stop cuttack railway station are nearby. It is on the main road & easily accessible. Food is wholesome & delicious. This is the second time i stayed in the GRAND RESIDENCY. Both the times it was good experience. Staff are very good.

Hotel is good and safety. Food quality is good. Easy to reach from Bhubaneswar air by cab. Staff is also good. Budget GRAND RESIDENCY. Market place is nearby the GRAND RESIDENCY. One can use local transport for visiting the sites, specifically temples.

The room service and housekeeping was well maintained. But the food was not that good. As per safety perspective, yes it's safe and couple friendly.

Good location for stay, staff behaviour so good. Overall good stay.

Amazing service and experience

The GRAND RESIDENCY is located centrally and food was good. Service was very good. Rooms were clean. On the whole total value for money.

We arrived in the evening and requested local dishes that were not on the menu. The GRAND RESIDENCY served us the same. The staff are curtious and humble.

Food is yummy and staff are polite

Mr Nayak was an excellent help and the rooms are excellent. Morning breakfast always on time which help us to plan the sightseeing tour accordingly.

The staff in the GRAND RESIDENCY are polite and are really helpful. The in-house restaurant is also amazing delivering good and tasty food. I am looking forward to visiting this place again in the future.

I have been a frequent traveler to Cuttack and have stayed in many GRAND RESIDENCYs. This GRAND RESIDENCY is better than any other GRAND RESIDENCYs at this price range. Although breakfast buffet can get better.
