Hotel is ok but AC not working properly as compared to rate they will not provide us better service

Room was good. Hotel location poor. Grand residency comes in town hall area of madurai. Very congested place. They don't have four wheeler parking available. I need to take travel some distance to find a parking space. Which was a very bad experience. If your planning to go by a four wheeler please dont choose this one. Ventillation is minimal if we are refreshing and going out it is fine... staying long in room will be uncomfortable Room was good. Hotel location poor. dirty bathroom. too small room. no water was kept in the room. even after asking they told to take it from the can.

We had already booked the hotel and made full payment, in spite of that our room was not made available, the hotel authorities never picked up the call, and provided the wrong contact number in the mmt website, later contacted mmt and they provided an alternative contact number.

Not plea-sent stay, very interior, cleanliness not maintained, bedsheet not provided. Blanket stinging.

Very poor quality of rooms, no ventilation, stinking, toilets very small, rude staff, no help or support from staff for luggage and room cleaning, even if they have to clean which has to be done from hotel side they demand tips.

The stay was excellent the room service was good and the location has been prime

Hotel tarriff was budget friendly but the check in and check out time was very short, rooms are too small for single person bed is good. Bathroom is neat and clean.

I booked 4 bed (single room) for april 3 checkin. I booked it two weeks back already and when i reached hotel, they said they are not aware of such booking. clearly mentioned the booking is confirmed on my voucher. Finally they said they will allocate a room by 8pm. I have to adjust in another room with 4 members till 8pm. They given 4 bed room by 8pm, but ac was not working. They didnt have anyone to check and finally i had to move to another 3 bed single room and 4 of us have to adjust in that. I am going to initiate a dispute on this and should refund the price difference as i didnt stay in booked 4 bed

Very bad experience. Old aged manager is very rude and arrogant. His way of talking is worthless. Check in time is 04:00 p. M. While check out is 11:00 a. M. They have time cushion for 4-5 hours and they demand extra amount who arrives a little before 04: p. M. Very awkward and painful. Suggesting not to stay at that property.

Small rooms compared to photos. Okay for the price and location. Service is good and cooperative staff.

No parking available. Hotel is located in very busy market street. Can’t get your car inside hotel street. No food available in hotel. Have to take from outside. No water heater. Bathroom was too small and old, not maintained properly. No service boy to carry your bags. We booked during pick time and there was no option to change so we stayed there with lot of difficulty

Bad hygiene, room isn't spacious. Bed is too high and hard. Very uncomfortable to sleep. Too much noise throughout the day and night, unable to rest adequately. No basic amenities.

Overall it is very good. But only lacuna is no parking slot for cars. Staff are good and helpful.

The bathroom wasn't very clean. The room was filled with ants. There was no complimentary water bottle or tissue too. The bed was very hard, high and uncomfortable. The room was too small for the price. Though the staff were polite and respectful, there was too much disturbance near the front desk outside the room making it very difficult to rest even late at night. Area was very close to temple and railway station, bus stop. Accessible to everything. They must improve on hygiene, amenities and customer experience for the price charged.
