Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments Like a 4

My deluxe room was perfectly furnished with all facilities and this was complimented with great service - be it in arranging a ride to the airport or helping me set up my wifi connection. Unlike some of the comments I had read on some of the travel websites, I was not disturbed in my room unnecessarily and was allowed to enjoy my stay peacefully. Everything about this Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments screams consistently great quality. My only gripe is with the food at the coffee shop. I had ordered a Panneer starter and some Chinese fried rice. While I wouldn't call it terrible, I wasnt too pleased with the taste. Apart from this one issue, I highly recommend this Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments for both business travelers as well as people just planning to chill out in Mumbai for a few days. Lastly, if the Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments were to offer complimentary free wifi for a few hours, guests like me would be even more satisified! :)

While researching about Mumbai for our 2 day stay, I was particular about the location that I wanted. Hence chose the Grand Residency. We were quite happy with the services and the room. We did get an upgrade from the studio to the 1bhk. That turned out to be a sweet deal as we got more space for our toddler to move around. We could entertain in the living room while the baby napped, which is a huge plus. While booking, I didn't realise how close we would be to the shopping area, pubs and good restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. That being said, most auto and cab guys didn't know the Hotel, so we had to tell Tavaa restaurant as a landmark. Wasn't a major concern, as google map helps. The Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is decent and I feel that they charge the rates they do, purely because of the location. Would recommend the Grand Residency to everybody. Cheers!

I travelled with my mother and my fiance and chose to stay at Grand Residency. The location is perfect. Jogger's Park, Pali Hill, Bandra - everything is closeby. Many options to eat. There is a Parlour/Salon right next to the Hotel so it was easy for me and my mom to get our hair done for special occasions & in house guests get discounts. Breakfast spread could be better. I can't comment about food as I did not eat a single meal there. They stock your room with fruits & cookies. Special shoutout to the doorman who is very decent and polite. Was slightly disappointed with the egg/tea counter at breakfast. They took a very long time to serve. Overall a good option if you're looking for places in Bandra.

We didn't get to spend much of our time in the Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments but whatever few hours we were able to spend there, it was full of good experiences only. The staff was really courteous and helpful, unlike other Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartmentsa included in our itinerary. The rooms were really clean and they had all the facilities that any Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments of this category could offer. The view from the window is not that fancy but who cares when the room is good already. All in all it was a great Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments with an awesome location and good ambience.

I stayed here 27 May for 8 nights due to its convenient location. I booked a 1BHK which was of decent size and clean. However I found the service lacked the professionalism that should have been provided for the price. The staff are very poorly trained and unmotivated and lack confidence. I had wet laundry delivered to me and it took a number of calls to get this resolved. The breakfast is okay but again lacks the variety and quality that should be provided at this price. Def worth staying at the Taj Lands End as a much better alternative.

This Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is very convenient for business visitors, for this location (Bandra West), the pricing of the Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is worth it. Moreover, the Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is surrounded by a business district with many shopping, restaurant, wellness options. Areas of improvement - The complimentary buffet breakfast could do with more choices like continental items; In general the Indian food items like Mughlai tasted superb when compared to Italian.

This is a lovely Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments in the heart of Bandra. The rooms are great, with the 1 bhk and the studio room being better than the deluxe room. Breakfast is limited but good. The service could be a little better. Took a while for housekeeping to respond to requests for water etc. A little expensive but that is to be expected in Mumbai. My partner and I come here often for staycations. Lots of places to eat and drink nearby. Or just order in like us.

I don't take chance apart from 5 stars and that too selected in them also, but definitely this is the one I would prefer over them. Star.. Staff really prompt Ample space in room I hired 1 BHK... Awesome... Trust me if you wanna stay in Bandra this could be nothing less than best... Be it family... Official or any trip Is also good.. Not lot of variety but its very much enough... I would give them 5 star here also Cleanliness also 5 star.

The Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is situated in a very good location. There are a lot of restaurants pubs nearby. There is lots of shopping nearby as it is located near Linking Road Bandra. The room was very comfortable and well maintained. The breakfast was good. The service was also very good with well behaved staff.

Food And in general the location is bit expensive. But the quality of food was good. Rooms were nice And spacious.

Good location. ( Ladies interest, linking road shopping at walking distance! If you want visit offices in BKC, not very far. Friendly and helpful staff. Good food. Comfort /hygiene in rooms, neat and modern furniture. Free WiFi, what else you want? Value for money!! I am happy.

I stayed here for a night while on work. The rooms are spacious and there is lot of natural light that come into the room which makes it lively. Rooms were neat and clean. The breakfast spread was very good. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I will comeback here again.

Nice Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments, walking distance to linking road, easy access to all Mumbai. Very good food with well behaved staff. We didn't find bar in this Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments. We find good maintained house keeping services. After all good stay.

The Grand Residency Hotel and Serviced Apartments is nicely located near sv road, and very convenient if you have to work near bandra
