The property 's location is good and reachable from railway station. Food quality is awesome with h richness in taste. Hotel staff is cooperative and hospitable as they provide services at late night as well. Room was clean and hygienic with great interior designs , cozy bed.

Staff is cooperative and supportive. Restaurant and breakfast is great. Rooms are well maintained and clean. Services are also up to the mark. Totally valued to money.

I booked 2 rooms in this property for the visiting relatives for a function at my home town. the relatives were very happy with the services offered by the property. Rooms were clean and staff were good.

The entire stay was very good. The food at the restaurant was delicious. The entire ambiance was nice. Best stay in Saharsa.

Everything was fine except the behaviour of the staff and the receptionist. The receptionist doesn’t know the manners to talk as he was very rude 😔

Property charged 1000 rupees extra for early checkin. Refused to waive off the charge despite checking out within 6 hours of checkin.

Hotel is newly built and hence all things you will find good and decently maintained. However as being Tier 3 location, hospitality cannot be expected. Staff although trained but lack professionalism and courtesy traits. Food is average with breakfast having 3 limited items option. Hot water is a big challenge as it leads to heavy water wastage for getting the desired water temperature. Recommended only for solo travel.

The front office staff was very co-operative as well as the best hotel in a small city most importantly the food was tasty.

Food, service, staff behaviour everything is good and worth a stay. Nearby railway station, once can book their stay here without a single doubt.

Room service was not adequate, food was also average with very high pricing. Lot of restrictions were there at the hotel.

Room was not clean and water problem. I complained to reception but they did-not resolve the issue. The staff was also unable to solve the water problem.
