I checked in around 5 pm at this property and requested the manager (not owner) for a 24-hour check-out as it was already 5 pm and he agreed for it, but while checking out, the property owner contacted me by phone and said I should have checked out by 12 noon and it left a bad feeling while checking out. No communication between manager and owner. This is hospitality sector and a little flexibility will be really good from management side, but that was clearly missing from the owner of this place. I planned my breakfast outside at a friend's place and asked him if he could provide just a vada and coffee in morning for us instead of full complimentary breakfast, to which he instantly refused (charges included complimentary breakfast). He was just in the mood of refusing whatever we were going to ask for, really sad. Pros: Good calm location, clean property, AC working, clean toilet, up to 4 or 5 cars can be parked, nearer to Salem main city. Lakshmi Prakash restaurant is 650 metres away. Maid prepares great tea, costs 25 Rs. She was the only saving grace in that property 🙏 Cons: Just don't expect or ask anything from the property owner. He is not a helping kind of person. Very rigid man. Just stay, complete your work and check out. Very poor communication between manager and owner of the property, leading to confusion. No newspaper was provided. We had to ask for complimentary water bottle, which they should have given while checking in. They charged for this water bottle while checking out, but I indicated that this was complimentary. For good room, memorable tea and car parking, my rating is 4/5 for this stay

Stay was good. Nice and clean rooms. No restaurant is big minus point. It would be better to have small kitchen and serve at least breakfast. Breakfast was same everyday for 3 days. Service like cleaning needs improvement. Nowithstanding above, enjoyed the stay at this service apartment

It was good but they said visitors are not allowed inside the room. We had planned for a small meet and would have been good if it was in the room. Die to this, we had to meet outside for the discussion. Due*

Grand stay elite in salem is awesome place and good to stay with family. Nice environment and pleasant place, morning breakfast is also good. Nice place to stay with friends also.

It's a good place to stay, the staff are less but very cooperative. The renovation works are progressing. Overall a good place to stay for shoart periods
