GRAND TOWER

Staff not cooperate proper. Staff not help full. Hindi language problem.

Very dirty rooms and washroom. Fan is working but no air. sanitary items are ugly and broken. Towel, bed sheet are also very dirty.

Worst Experience ever. Very bad environment inside and the cleaning also not done when I picked room they have given very small and bad room and some cigars are there inn. Terrible

Property doesn't give food but you can find good hotels near by. Location is very good near to DR MGR central metro. Facilities..room boy service.... telephone...ac and non ac rooms ...they can arrange bus train ticket. Cleanliness of toilet, water quality are very poor

Its very bad and unclean. I did not recommend this hotel for a stay. There are a lot of hotels available to stay in egmore. Disclaimer this is my personal experience

Broken taps,unclean,no ventilation,no servic e.Just passed the night & left...Location wise its not walking distance from railway station (as they claim)Autowala took 150/- to reach there

Hotel is situated in the main road and got a room on the road side and nearer to medical college hospital. Variety of automobiles moving with high speed and ambulance sounds are also there. Too much noise pollution. Room is average and the spreads are dirty even pillow covers with stains.

Location is good but surrounding atmosphere is terrible. Rooms are narrow, uncleaned. Not recommended for family.

Room and washroom are very good. Very near to railway station, thats good, food is not avaiable, but very good food is available in near by places.

We stayed at grand tower for 2days, the hotel is near to the central rail station and metro station. Easily accessible for any transport, room are clean and hygienic maintained, special feature is warm water till 11am

Bug-get friendly easy access for travel and very helpful n polite staff all local as well as junctions are nearby so we can travel hazel free and dine in restaurants also available veg and non veg both.

Not too good but it's okay to budget travel quality is average and not too bad romit quit okay and one time stay is okay
