Grand Valley

This is very beautiful property maintained in deep valley surrounded with all greenery. It is well maintained property. We just faced little problem in reaching this property since its new and doesn't appear on Google map but it shows very close location which is two level up in the same valley pot. We also faced problem in daily commuting to main road since they don't have their their vehicle to drop guests on road at top. One has to just walk. We had our traveller but it can't go till property check in area and having steep height of can't stop in between to pick up. Staff is very pleasant but needs little more professional training. We had small good up but Prince (one of the staff member) went on his toes to fix up the things. Reception area gets closed at 8 pm so in car of late check in you have to inform well on advance since reception is at the beginning of property but not in accommodation area. For choices are very limited. But property is exceptionally beautiful and very well maintained. One must stay.

Hotel is newly opened. Property is well maintained but still there is lot of scope for the improvement. Most of the staffs are new and few are in learning stage. We need to have little patience and everything will look good. Food and service is good. All the staffs are helpful and cooperative. Few from the Grand Valley is very good. Only drawback is that the way to Grand Valley is very steep and it is difficult for the big vehicles to go up and down. So once we are in Grand Valley we cannot go frequently out. But Grand Valley has provided Jeep service for us to reach to main Road, whenever it is available.

We had a 2 day family outing in Munnar in this Grand Valley. Deluxe room with valley view. Staff is courteous. Rooms are spacious. The view from our room is next level! Our rooms open to the swimming pool in the back and also to the valley. You should definitely be a daredevil to go in to the pool early in the mornings and at nights(obviously, it's Munnar). The restaurant is an open one with a great view to the entire valley. Had a buffet breakfast and dinner. Food quality 10/10. I would go here next time also if possible.

Our room was next to the reception. Yes you had to walk down to swimming pool or for dining but even enjoyed that small walk every-time in the pleasant weather of February with Grand Valley being surrounded by beautiful tea plantation hills. View from the balcony was also very refreshing. Good tasty food and excellent hospitality.

The first thing is the food was very good and opt for travellers it was not too spicy nor too oily. The taste was also good. The rooms are neat with good view of tea estate. The staff are really friendly and hospitable. The force is less. Please order your food 1 hrs before eating, it takes time for the chef to prepare.

We had the best experience at Grand Valley. Happily n tip toe serving staff. Great food, great hospitality, great ambience and with great view. Complete package of the best experience one can get. Must visit.

Can say it's adventurous journey entering resort. You really need good driving skill as it has steep hill down way. Workers good. Food was of good taste. Small pool kids friendly.

Had an excellent stay in this resort, awesome location, great food and well presented staff. They were on their toes to help and had a wonderful time with my family.

Amazing location, really Worth every penny

We enjoyed the stay at reasonable rates. Food was excellent. Room s were clean. Most important things about resort is nice view.

Each and every staff was very polite and humble. Loved the hospitality and even the location is very good all surrounded by team bushes.

Stayand breakfast was very nice, dinner is not up to the mark, only drawback is there is no rooms for drivers.
