Grand Valley

The Grand Valley is located in a very picturesque location. The view of the tea garden from the rooms is exquisite. The food was decent. There were limited choices in non veg for the dinner buffet, for the breakfast buffet only eggs were available. The swimming pool is decent but they don't insist on etiquettes from their guests. We found people jumping into the pool in regular dress, without swimming cap - as a result i would not recommend this swimming pool. The table tennis board was placed outdoor and hence always moist and thus unplayable. The Grand Valley staff are very courteous and helpful. On the flip side, there is a very steep descent on the approach road to the Grand Valley. It's very difficult to climb up and down this road. As such after you get to the Grand Valley you are virtually locked in. It's impossible to take a walk on the beautiful second mile road which is so near to the Grand Valley. Similarly if you wish to try some other restaurants in the nearby area then that option too is ruled out because of this steep approach road.

We had a wonderful time at grand valley resort. Rooms are good and the resort has all basic amenities. A special thanks to our host mr. Rocky who catered all our needs with a big smile on his face. I would rather say, having this kind of people with superb hospitality qualities will definitely grow the business to the next level. Another person who helped us for our needs is mr. Barath who is also an excellent person to get in touch with. Complimentary buffet breakfast was very worth and they have big spread of menu

The property manager rocky is humble and kind enough to upgrade our rooms to premium valley view. Such a comfortable stay and generous staff very welcoming as well. We got lucky to have the sadhya on-am lunch and celebration. Another plus is the room view, its fantastic.

We stayed for one night; the Grand Valley staff is really nice, and we liked the hospitality. Suggestion is to put a small bottle or dispenser of the hand wash in the washroom. The entire property is well-maintained.

For family it's a good option. Ambience makes feel good and their service and approach is the main plus point. Only concern is the way entrance from the road, but their experience staffs is their to help at any time.

I loved everything, especially the view from the room and breakfast. Only disappointed with service. They did not give water bottles on the second day. I ordered food but it was not served even after 1 hour.

Excellent host. Highly customer service oriented. Good food and an excellent stay. The property is very close to nature and the view in the morning and in the evening.

It was really a nice experience of staying at grand valley, munnar. I am already looking forward to visit again !

Stay is good with very good view from the room. Only thing is room is smelling bad and we asked to clean it and then it was okay.
