first the property is located at very accessible location , check in process was very simple , stay was very peaceful and calm , cottages are well maintained , garden is very peaceful nd very clean swimming pool complimentary breakfast was below average , they can improve a lot with breakfast 2* for breakfast 5 * cottage stay and peaceful environment 5* cottage amenities 5* swimming pool overall 4* for staycation

Room and Property was well maintained. Food was tasty. Needs improvement in the following areas: 1-Breakfast needs to have more variety everyday. 2-In room dining takes a lot of time to arrive. Reduce service time by 20 mins. 3-Thali system should be included in menu. it would be easy for a group of 10 to order instead of ordering multiple seperate dishes.

Grand Vatika Resort is good, location is also good. room is clean and nice organized. I loved this property. food is also good and staff is nice and helpful The food was great, and the location was nice. The staff is kind and friendly, Rooms are clean and comfortable. I just loved my stay at Grand Vatika Resort. Hospitality was excellent. Food was great. Location was perfect. Rooms were clean and support staff was very cooperative. I would give 4.8 rating out of 5. Only scope of improvement was seen in Pool where the base was having broken tiles and I gave the feedback to the managers.

Nice property very neat and clean . This is not a beach side property but Arambol beach is on walking distance.

overall good property management making stay comfortable. however improvement is possible in kitchen management. South Indian dishes for breakfast leaves ample scope for improvement. Property well managed with good value for money proposition. However, food could be improved, South Indian served during breakfast

The overall stay was really good. Ambience is good. And the other facilities are also great. Food and house keeping is also really good. Very close to arambol beach.
