Grand Victoria The Fern Resort & Spa, Panchgani - Mahabaleshwar

Check in was denied at the grand victoria fern and resort spa property so changed the property at run time

We inform u that we were asked to check out prematurely on 31st may inspite of our booking and advance payment till 1st june. This was horrible experience and we demand 100% refund of amount we paid towards this booking.

Perfect for family stay. The food was was very good. There was ample space for parking and the staff was very friendly.

Good location. Good food, especially rajasthan cuisine. Though desserts could have been better. Rooms are okay. Service is good.

Stay food are awesome love the place. Enjoyed my boy in swimming pool. And also played games zones

Good property with good food preparation and quality. Light in the washroom and extra bed provided for addl person had a wheel misalignment which should have not been provided - the bed was bent and severe back ache because of that. Staff knowledge of english is poor.

Below average room and size of the room is small. Also they will provide room which is connected to main entrance so too much noise and security plays songs and reels on full volume in night which will disturb your sleep. Avoid this hotel you will find local resort with good hospitality in this price.

Empty minibar, given room far away from swimming tank and restaurants even those we book 4 night amid 5 days still they give above room on above lobby. When i started and asking they said we will shift your room amid upgrade but i made my mind and vacate 1 night and day before. There is no experience staff in recaption. Breakfast, food restaurant is very nice, quality food, main gate and receiving people is very supportive. Stay is not value for money. Regards, sarang

The hotel is exceptional. It was just like a home away from home. The food was very good. Chef mr bhatt made sure to take feedback on each day of our stay. Overall a very pleasant experience.

Excellent location, very much scenic and quite. Food was very tasty. Chef bhat's preparation was very nice. Room cleaning person prasad was very polite and very perfect in his duty.

The views from the balcony is very scenic and staff hospitality is also much appreciated. Breakfast and other food options are great as well.
