Amazing experience, courteous staff. The hotel is very pretty, and the buffet was good. The food was tasty. If you're visiting Dalhousie, this hotel is definitely recommended. Radhika, one of the owners, greeted us. She is such a sweet and elegant lady.

only and only my favorite hotel in dalhousie. everything is wonderful. the view, hospitality, food, rooms. I have no words to explain the aura of this hotel. it's different vibes when I there.

Hotel is conveniently located near shops. easy to access. yet its not noisy though some families with kids should know how to behave and keep silence. very good view from the garden and also the mountain view room that we booked. the breakfast spread is vast and was very good on day one. Day two it was okayish. the dinner spread was very good with many veg options but only few non veg options. I liked the non veg better though many people did not opt for it. the waiters are super active and provide whatever you ask for. its a buffet for both dinner and breakfast. so I suggest you go early to avoid the crowd and kids running under your feet. the owner and the restaurant manager personally interact with the guests during meal time and provide what's needed. the a la carté lunch on the other hand was okayish with the chicken gravy too oily. the taste was good though. with regard to amenities provided they have game room and a spa that I found too expensive. they can add more amenities given the 4 star hotel tag and price point. check out timings are strictly adhered to. so plan accordingly. given the peaceful ambience all round itself found the dj and people drinking on the top floor terrace a bit annoying. I am sure they can work out on that.

Beautiful property with a lovely view of the mountains. The rooms were spacious and clean. The owner makes sure to welcome all the guests personally which is a wonderful touch. the breakfast and dinner buffets also had a lot of variety and were delicious

The hotel property and entire staff is wonderful👏🏻 true Himachali vibes!! The most amazing thing is the mountain view from the hotel. We had booked a suite here which was truly luxury and well maintained. The hotel staff is very polite and helpful. If someone intend to visit Dalhousie, must stay this hotel👍 highly recommended.

It was incredible staying with the grand view hotel at Dalhousie. They provide the best facilities comfort. I'm so glad I booked with them because when you go to some hill station or some place where you haven't travelled in like ages, you worry about the food,atmosphere, you know, but I was so surprised, and I was so happy that they have given such a variety of food and everything taste soo good. Everything was fresh freshly made freshly baked from breakfast to dinner. every time, if you walk in the lobby,staff smiling asking if you need anything was such a satisfying staying at grand hotel and I'm so happy. I definitely recommend staying at the grand view Hotel. It's very convenient and right next to the bus stop.You can see the snowy mountains. You can see the small town,Snowy mountains. Everything was so perfect and I'm so so happy. Thank you Grandview for looking after us, you really did well. I would like to thank Avinash in the buffet. He really looked after us. Thank you Avinash and also would like to thank Monica for giving us such a relaxing massage. On top, there was a live Music very thing was perfect!!

I’ve stayed at this wonderful hotel many times. I often come to Dalhousie only when this hotel is available. It’s the first choice for me and my wife, Shruti. I’ve recommended it to many friends and relatives as well. Sometimes, it feels like I’m their brand ambassador—for free! 😂 This time, I booked it for my daughter and son-in-law as a birthday gift for them this month. And what a fantastic stay they had! The weather was amazing, and the hotel was, as always, exceptional. My daughter and her in-laws are now set on this property for future visits. Delicious food, Radhika ji’s outstanding hospitality as always, excellent hotel service, beautiful garden, bonfire at night, and more—everything was splendid. A big thanks to GrandView team for bringing so much joy to my family!

The property location is wonderful. You can see the entire valley from the window from the 4th floor room. Best thing about location is that it's on the main road and ample of parking is available which is very rare in hill stations. Food is awesome. Staff is very courteous, specially the hotel owners. Mrs Chadha personally go to every customer for feedback daily. Hotel has all the facilities that you can expect in a 4 star hotel. We had a wonderful stay here. Will recommend this hotel to all my friends.

The hotel is located at a beautiful location. The rooms are well maintained. The alleyways are tastefully lit up with chandeliers. The Breakfast and Dinner spread is excellent. The food is delicious.
