Hotel Grand White near ISBT Shimla

Property was good and newly built rooms were near and clean Food was average breakfast was having very limited options tv was not working and was corrected after complaint bathroom was not having toilet paper

It was a nice stay with parking facility, supportive and humble staff, clean rooms and good food.

A very good experience with family. There is not a single problem in the hotel. They maintain proper hygiene and all staff talk very politely.

It was really bad experience… the rooms provided were not the same which I booked. Our booked rooms were provided to someone else. The room service was not good. For everything which should already be there in the room like kettle, drinks, slippers, bucket, mug , towels etc we called several times to room services to provide us. Centralised heaters were not working, there was no signal in LED. Overall it was really a bad experience.

I have been here for my family trip with kids. I liked the hotel cleanliness and ambience. Staff are very kind and cooperative in all aspects. The food is very nice and tasty for both breakfast and dinner. I would strongly recommend others to try it out.

it is very tough to reach hotel as road is not enough wide to cross two vehicle... our car got damaged while crossing another car... 😨 far away from mall road.

It was good. Staffs good n cooperative. Family suite room was good. Missing things were limited food items, no wooden floors, far from mall road or other important view points, cleanliness of pillow covers n bedsheet should b improved

We stayed at their attic club room (no: 501. The room was awesome and has a nice view of the valley since it's on the top floor. It is also near the open terrace which gives us the stunning view of the other side too! the room and bathroom were clean and well maintained. It was a worthy stay for the price!

Very good. Location, view, service, room, washroom, behavior of the staff, price of the stay everything was good.

They are unavailable to provide basic amenities like hot water in month of jan. Even bathroom mat, dental kit and bathroom sleepers are unable to provide. Room service was so pathetic, only one small chotu is available. Apart from that receptionist behaviour was so arrogant and annoying. Never recommended.

Experience was disappointing. Room is expensive but size is small. No sunlight in room. Limited options in prepaid dinner. Lift was not working.

Average stay and very expensive property. Food is more expensive. They will charge 500 rs per night for heater. In other hotels it will cost rs 250 or less. I paid rs. 198 for 3 cup coffee.

The location was a little difficult to find. The food prices were on a higher side. Can be a little more competitive. However, the hotel property is good, the rooms are spacious and the staff is courteous and helpful.
