I recently stayed at grandee bay resort with my wife for a night and i must say, it was an incredible experience! the property is located in a picturesque area, surrounded by beautiful views of the bay of bengal. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The staff at grandee bay resort were extremely hospitable and friendly, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. They were always ready to assist us with any requests we had, and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible. The highlight of our stay was definitely the swimming pool! the pool was large, clean and provided a refreshing escape from the heat. We also enjoyed a relaxing time at the spa, where we received excellent treatments. The food at grandee bay resort was exceptional, with a variety of local and international dishes to choose from. The breakfast buffet was especially delightful, with a wide variety of delicious dishes to start our day. Overall, i would highly recommend grandee bay resort to anyone looking for a luxurious and peaceful getaway. The property is stunning, the staff are amazing, and the food is simply delicious. We booked this place for our anniversary celebration. Booked for two adults and an infant. 1. Location 5/5 - located close to the beach and also very close to the main road. Easily accessible. Ample parking space is available 2. Food: taste (5/5, variety (3/5. Food taste was very good, but very limited choices, especially for vegetarians. Obviously, the price is slightly on the higher side. Breakfast buffet spread was very good. 3. Service (3/5. Their service is very inconsistent. At times, they promptly cater to your needs. There were also times where they forgot our order and we had to remind them multiple times. 4. Kid friendly (4/5) the place rates high on kid friendliness. They provided a high chair in the restaurant for my daughter to sit. Provided extra cushions to seat her comfortably. We had also asked for a baby crib which was not provided 5. Safety and hygiene: (3/5) the room was very neat and well maintained. However, there were too many insects outside the room and i don't think the resort management pay attention to it. The birds end up dirtying the seats placed outside the rooms and no one cleans that unless you specifically ask for it.

The resort is located at the very entrance to mahabalipuram which was in fact a boon to us given the traffic jams over the long weekend. Starting from the welcome drink to being helped to our rooms, this was a wonderful and relaxed stay. Spacious rooms and very good customer service to accommodate our requests for early check-in and extra beds, thanks to mr. Alexander. Need to mention about the swimming pool! very well maintained and of huge size. We literally had the swimming pool to ourselves the whole time we were there. The beach is 3 minutes walk or a minute ride on buggy. Would have been nice if it was part of the property, but nevertheless not a deal breaker for me. Made use of the spa - would rate it 7/10. The buffet spread was decent. A good place to stay for family and friends alike! will surely return in the future maybe for a longer stay.

It was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were delighted to receive a complimentary upgrade to the grandee duplex, which was an incredibly generous gesture. The breakfast spread featured a wide variety of delicious options. The hi-tea was equally impressive. Throughout our stay, the resort staff were attentive, courteous, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The amenities and facilities at the resort were excellent, providing plenty of opportunities for relaxation and enjoyment.

We visited the Grande Bay Resort and Spa for a staycation and truly enjoyed the stay. The access to the beach was a smooth process with shuttle services. The swimming pool was clean and the food was very good. They even allowed an early check in, which was very nice on their part. We stayed at the grand duplex and it was spacious, neat and tidy. Room service and house keeping was very prompt. Courteous staff and calm environment with mostly families around. We will surely recommend friends and family to visit grandee bay for truly a great experience.

First: it is a nice spacious property, not many rooms - so it is not typically crowded. And, the rooms are also very nicely done. We were in the duplex and enjoyed it second: property is at a distance of 200meters from the beach. And the beach-side is well developed in to garden and play area. We had fantastic time - morning walks, or playing with kids third: anything that we ordered at the lattitude49 restaurant was absolute lip-smacking. Any cosine - from tea-bhajji to pastas. We truly loved the stay.

I had stayed here for a day. Had come for my son's bday. The ambience was fantabulous, the pool was clean. The evening hi - tea with snacks was out of the world. The team prepared a cake for my son's bday which needs a special mention! the caramel cream. On the butterscotch cake was exotic. It was full of richness. And to top it all, the house took it up on them! there isn't one con for me to mention. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Thanks for hosting a wonderful stay!

The air conditioner was not working we had to change the rooms in the middle of the night because of that

It was awesome experience from the first the food is really good and the best thing about the Grande Bay Resort and Spa is they don't charge money for water unlike other resorts and the staffs are pleasing and it was fabulous experience must try in a life time

We had a wonderful time at grandee bay, very good hospitality and food. The room was spacious and clean. Pool, beach and balcony were well maintained to hang around. I could see more visitors when i stayed there. Overall complete satisfaction.
