GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels

Excellent location, away from centre of the town and you are in clouds most of the time. The view from the rooms are fantastic. The rooms are tastefully done and in excellent condition. Everything you need to make your stay comfortable is available in the room or provided in a jiffy. The staff, whether house keeping, restaurant, valet, or restaurant are always smiling and ready to help you without even asking. And the food- spread and quality is really great. High tea with some delicious cookies and snacks is the highlight. One of the best places i have ever stayed.

The staff is very polite & helpful. Special mention of santhraj, ramji, praiseful for taking very good care in the restaurant & rakkini for her awesome filter coffee. Balakrishnan took us around for the sight seeing & was very caring. Food was very good & also they upgraded us from rock cabin room to chalet room which was very good. The only drawback is the approach road to the property.

Rooms were very good and service of staff was excellent. People who are having their own vehicle only suitable for this type of GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotelss, because far away from town, so if you don't have your own vehicle, you get handicapped. But GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels is value for money. Food is great, staff is courteous and polite, and helping nature.

The stay was ggod. All the staff are very friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms are maintained well and kept tidy. Only drawback is that the high tea is served between 4pm and 5pm, which is very early. If it is shifted to 5pm to 6pm it will be very good to all the travellers. Most of the other people i talked to during my stay also expressed the same thing.

The best resort in kodaikanal. Second visit in 2 years. Just because of the memorable stay. Beautiful rooms, excellent service and friendly staff, great food. Wow view from room, clean and well maintained rooms and surroundings. You won't feel like going out of the resort.

It’s not the most luxury property i have been but the most comfortable and satisfying stay. The full credit goes to the staffs, they are so warm and ready to help you at all times. I have stayed twice here, thoroughly enjoyed my stays.

Good location of property as well cottage type room.

We curtailed our trip as the weather was very bad and stayed for one night only. Property was very good and well maintained. Service rendered by the staff was excellent in that bad weather.
