I recently had the pleasure of staying at the grit great trails resort in kodaikanal, and it was a delightful experience. *check-in and check-out* the check-in process was smooth and efficient. The staff greeted us warmly and provided all the necessary information. Check-out was equally hassle-free, with the billing process handled promptly. *room and amenities* the room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a cozy bed and modern amenities. The view from the balcony was breathtaking, offering a picturesque view of the surrounding hills. The bathroom was also well-equipped, and the housekeeping service was thorough. *service* the staff at the resort were friendly and attentive. They were always ready to assist with any requests and provided excellent service throughout our stay. Their warm hospitality truly made us feel at home. *facilities* the resort boasts a variety of facilities. We particularly enjoyed the on-site restaurant, which served delicious and varied cuisine. The spa offered a relaxing experience, providing a great spot to unwind. *location and view* the resort’s location is one of its greatest assets. Nestled amid-st lush greenery, it provides a tranquil retreat away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The panoramic views of the hills and valleys are simply stunning, making it a perfect place to relax and enjoy nature. *highlights* one of the highlights of our stay was the nature walk organized by the resort. It was a wonderful way to explore the natural beauty of kodaikanal. The bonfire evenings were also a great touch, adding to the overall charm of the stay. *recommendation* i highly recommend grit great trails resort to anyone looking for a serene and rejuvenating getaway in kodaikanal. With its excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and stunning location, it offers a memorable stay.

Nature trail and jungle safari were top experiences for us at great trails kodai. Mr balakrishna who took us thru the nature trail is an excellent guide who made it a lovely adventure for us. He is one of the reasons, i decided to review this place. Jeep safari is another thing that should not be missed when one visits this property. The off-road jeep experience, bath by the side of waterfalls were novel. This costs an amount and is not a free activity. The gm of this place mr arun raj is a gentleman with a pleasant smile on his face at all times and i liked the nice way that he treated his staff too. The food array was satisfactory and the staff were more than helpful in attending to requests. Mars ragini prepares superb coffee at the beverage corner. The damp weather can cause quick fungal growths on jams and jellies and that should be watched out for. Rainy days are not a good time to visit here cos GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels activities like zip line, climbing, bonfire are not operational. Buggy service takes a while to reach the rooms, so one must prepare and inform much prior there is no gym or swimming pool, so one must plan their exercise thru nature walk etc the property is small but they have maintained it well i would recommend this stay for fellow travellers

Great trails is great as its name. Excellent location, calm and peaceful, greenish atmosphere. Cottage was wooden, more spacious and privacy is good. 24 hrs running hot water, soft bed etc added more comfort to stay. Breakfast was mouth watering with various dishes. Staff's was courteous and supportive. All smiling and 2 night stay with family made me refreshing and unforgettable. Will visit again for sure in the future. Thanks make my trip for giving a better price and thanks great trails for the great experience. We had dinner with room service on all days and the taste was fabulous. Better stay, better comfort, smiling staff, great location, nice atmosphere all went well during our stay. I recommend strongly to anyone who planned to visit kodaikanal. Thanks again

We stayed at the rock cabin. The GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels staff was very courteous and friendly. There was bonfire and dj at night which was good. There are very few properties in the resort compared to a GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels so book early. The room is very spacious and also there's a balcony. The buffet spread for breakfast was amazing and included a lot of items. The property has various other adventure activities (paid separately) like horse riding, zip lining, etc. Which will keep the children and adults entertained. The market is around 7 kms far and there are no shops in walking distance if you'd prefer that. Overall an amazing stay and would definitely recommend.

best experience ever 😊 the location , room interior , in-house activities , car parking , food , free activities like trekking , evening tea / coffee with music , night bonfire with music and activities lost goes on and on. once you reached this place no need to go out as you get all entertainment here . each room timber chalets give you best valley view and there are many places in the resort wer you can explore and see the valley and take photo. every day morning we get all birds near your room and we can blend with nature .😊 if you want a elite exp pls don’t hesitate in going there one of best place each of your family members including kids will enjoy 😊

We had a fantastic time at grit kodaikanal. The property is beautifully designed and well maintained. We loved the wooden finish of the room, we did find the floor a bit slippery and were not entirely satisfied with the design of the bathrooms. However, the rooms offer a good scenic view from the balcony. We appreciate the management for their promptness in providing free milk for babies upon request. All staff members are very kind, especially balakumar and chef vetri, were extremely friendly and helpful. The restaurant prices were a bit high, but the quality of the food was excellent. Overall, it's a wonderful place to stay and enjoy the weather in kodai.

My stay at great trails kodaikanal was truly remarkable and worth every penny, thanks to the breathtaking view of the kodai valley from my room. The area was very peaceful and serene, and the GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels staff were incredibly helpful and friendly from the moment i arrived. I must mention the restaurant and their staff and chefs as well, as the food was of high quality and consistently maintained. It was not overly spicy, making it suitable for both kids and elderly people, and they even prepared customised food upon request. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience that i will cherish forever.

We went for our anniversary and couldn't be happier. Such special attention and surprise given by the host as complimentary gifts for us. The host kept us entertained throughout the stay. Fun games were also arranged and food was scrumptious. They have activities like horse riding, zip lining and indoor games. Thanks to, the manager, and mr. Prasad, also chef vetro and the team for making our stay warm and homely. They gave us rose plants and organic veggies from their farm. Overall, a couple friendly place as well as a place for family to enjoy a day full of fun and activities at an affordable cost.

It has been a very wonderful stay. Food was excellent. Complimentary breakfast was super. Many indoor activities like carom, chess, table tennis, business and ludo etc.

It's an excellent stay experience there in grt, kodaikanal. The rooms are spacious, breakfast was great, evening tea with snacks as complementary was a generous gesture by the property management, the staffs were helping without expectations. Ultimately, it's worth the money.

Great trails is best property in kodaikanal. The cottages are specious, have large windows on both sides of room, have large balcony facing valley and mountains. The GReaT trails Kodaikanal by GRT Hotels staff is polite and helpful. The food is awesome. Overall it is a 5 star + experience.

Really amazing place to relax. We travel-led in february, so it was quite cold during mornings and nights. Proper woolen clothes should be carried for children. Quite a few activities available for the kids to keep them engaged. Staff is really helpful and room service is good. The food is above average but on the expensive side.

The stay was awesome and accommodation was amazing. Especially chef yuvaraj’s service was simply fantastic and the dishes served was delicious. One of the must stay place in kodaikanal.
