From the stunning location to the impeccable hospitality, everything was top-notch! The room and bathroom sizes were exceptionally spacious, offering an incredible view that added to the serene ambiance. The infinity swimming pool was breathtaking, and the property had an unmatched charm. What truly set this place apart was the warmth and concern of every staff member. They ensured we were comfortable and enjoying every moment of our stay. The personal attention from the head chef was the highlight of our experience. He went out of his way to prepare an authentic Kerala sadhya (pure veg) just for us. The variety of dishes, flavors, and the cultural significance he explained made it even more special. It felt like a heartfelt effort to showcase the best of Kerala’s culinary heritage. What made this even more special was their generosity in sharing recipes when we asked! Their passion for food and their desire to share Kerala’s culinary traditions were evident and heartwarming I have stayed at many five-star properties, but the personal touch and effort the Great Trails team put in are unmatched. They truly went above and beyond to make our stay special. A heartfelt thank you to the entire team at Great Trails for making our two-day stay so memorable. Our recent wedding anniversary stay at great trails wayanad was truly exceptional. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of personalized care and unparalleled hospitality. Albin, from guest relations, deserves special recognition. He went above and beyond his duties to ensure our anniversary was truly memorable. The surprise cake cutting was a delightful touch that added a special sparkle to the occasion. The culinary team, led by chef sherif, catered to our every whim, while eldose, albino (at the restaurant, vishnu, farhaana, and karthikeyan (front desk) provided impeccable service throughout our stay. Great trails wayanad is a place that truly understands the meaning of "guest experience" we highly recommend this resort to anyone seeking a truly unforgettable and heartwarming getaway.

We had booked bungalow in grit trails wayanad. Had a pleasant stay. Beautiful rooms. Spacious bathroom with huge bathtubs. Had a hard time getting the kids out from the tub. Excellent services. Both the dinner and breakfast spread was delicious! we thoroughly enjoyed our stay there. Kids also enjoyed fully, the pool and indoor games. Highly recommended

Arranged rooms with fruits and other allied amenities. Complimentary breakfast was great. All staff are humble and helping. Will recommend the sane to all.

Wonderful stay experience at this resort. The environment is very clean and good maintained. The room is very spacious and well cleaned. The food is also very hygiene and the chef's are very kind that they visit each and every table and ask their review on the food.

I would highly recommend this place for a stay in wayanad. Their evening cultural program and tea cofee set up are really good ones. The rooms bathrooms are one of the best i would say. Food is expensive and offers a lot of varieties.

It was a pleasant stay at great trails. From the rooms, to the service and the location, all in unison providing the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of a city. Only improvement that i think needs to be done is on the food.
