GREEN COCONUT RESORT

I stayed @ green coconut resorts for two nights and three days. It's very nice stay. Good location, near to mgm crazy world. Food also good nice service. Nice place to stay for families and groups. Reasonable rates. To stay for weekends. Thank you
I feel maintenance is good and clean, maintain sanitation at entrance, clean dining, but staff not wearing mask. Because of them only, maintain safety measures. We are traveling here and there, we are entering to the resort and dining hall, so interaction to the lot people. So they should wear mask. For them self. Good for both sides. It's my opinion. Other things is good and satisfied.

There was some confusion on type of room booked by us and the intimation given by make trip to the GREEN COCONUT RESORT. This was sorted out thanks to a good make my trip representative Suresh and the Resort gm Mr. Rao. Resort was good. Children enjoyed playing cricket and table tennis. Carrom boards need to be maintained better. Staff was friendly but food was generally good but costly rates should be reduced. Complimentary breakfast variety should be more. Overall children enjoyed and so also us. But above suggested improvements will make the experience even better.

The Resort is a decent place to stay if you don't have any high expectations. It could do with some investment in really good housekeeping. The restaurant food is only average. Surprisingly, being in Chennai, they don to have filter coffee! And they did not have black tea bags. The people are nice and do the best to help. The website mentions Airport pick up, and that they have a transport desk, but this does not exist.

The Resort has great rooms, the room which is given for was in front of the play area and very near to the swimming pool. Big lawn and spacious for playing games. The food was awesome both the complimentary breakfast and the dinner we ordered. The buffet was little costlier. Very good place for spending time with family and friends

Room service was gud but reception is too far from room, for old age lift important lift was not working it was so difficult, ac remote was not functioning, plug point to charge mobile inadequate, tv was not functioning, morning dinning table was unclean, so pols kindly rectify to enjoy the next trip well. Thank you

Standard deluxe room which I booked is not upto mark and it's a old building. It's not inside the Resort Bay but it's somewhat outside of Resort. For each time we have to go out and come. Avoid standard room. Inside Resort trees, places all good.

The location is far from city yet well connected and right opposite to mgm dizzie world. Beautiful place to walk inside its garden. I like the food simple yet rich and tasty with their courteous and well mannered staff.

Place is good, lacks maintenance. We stayed for christmas eve. Too much rush and the place was under staffed. Too much delay in room service and restaurants. Had to depend on outside food. Other wise a pleasant stay.

The GREEN COCONUT RESORT has put pictures of the area where they do events. The rooms are at a different property all together. Which has no cleanliness and is very shady

Good food, good location, good circumrence

Beautiful resort to stay and enjoy a vacation. The staff are good in nature which creates more opportunities to attract more visitors. Good food with a nice ambience restaurant.

It’s a good resort, i went with 10 guys and everything was up to mark. Everything is well maintained and supporting staff. Food can be little better and quicker services that would be my feedback.

It was good new year stay in GREEN COCONUT RESORT

Resort was good, we had given room in nearby building, room was good, beds very enough to sleep. Phone connection was not in one room, overall good.

We enjoyed our stay at Green Coconut, the atmosphere is great. Especially the food was very tasty. Telephone in room was not working. Maintenance should have been better, other than that it was a very satisfied stay
